It’s a treat to have Mom around again, taking care of me even though she thinks it’s Zander. I feel her tiptoe around me initially, but that’s about it. Once I started acting like myself, things got easier.
I was supposed to stay only for three days, but it got extended to a week. Dr. Chen visited me every day. Our sessions lasted for about thirty minutes with her assessing if I’m okay to be discharged or moved into an institution.
