For the umpteenth time, Shivam tried Aryan's number, but to no avail. He had deliberately switched off all the numbers and had hidden in his den, which Shivam also didn't know about. But he knew, he had to make this right, and also had a plan to execute about. He was sure he wanted to teach Aryan a lifetime lesson, which he'll never forget even after he dies.
He tried to think of a solution, from which he can pull Aryan out of his hiding place. Somehow, one person suddenly flashed across his mind. Maybe that person could help him?
He fished out his phone from his pocket and dialed the only number, whom he had kept on the block list. He unblocked the number and switched his number, and after bracing himself for the unexpected call, he dialed the number.
"Hello, Kareem! Randhawa here, How's it going on?"
"Going well, I didn't expect you to call me, when some days back I was on your block list.!!"
"Well, I wanted to ask a favor, so I called you. But only if you are still loyal to me!"
"You know, there's nobody who can question my loyalty. What is it that you want me to do?"
" I want you to find about someone whom you had let go, not too long ago. Hope you know whom I'm referring to.. I need all the details about the scumbag, and also tell me where he's been hiding. And also, there's another guy who's with him. I need information on both of them."
"*-*-*"
"Thank You, Kareem! I owe you for this! And also, we need to tell Radhika to forget about all the sins she had ever committed and helped me in finding her as well. I have a surprise for her. At least we can try to make her walk on the right path. I hope you are getting my point!"
"Cut the formalities, please! I know what you are trying to depict so I don't need to hear more. Now before someone hears me talk, I'll hang up."
"Okay, Kareem! Hope you..." but before he could complete his sentence, the line went dead and he chuckled. Some people are too cute to be bodybuilders!

Nidhi twisted and turned in her sleep, trying to figure out a way to get a hold of the guy who was trying to play pranks at her. It would have been beneficial for her had the guy had helped her in the plan of getting out of this college, but no, that was not the case. This guy was surely in the mood of rivalry.
Her phone vibrated and she picked it up to see who it was. It was an unknown number flashing on the screen, which made her curious as she assumed it was the guy who was calling her so that he can try some blackmailing. With a determined face, she answered the call.
"Hello?"
No one answered from the other side, but she could hear subsided giggles from the other side. Her blood boiled as she was right, this was actually the guy who was trying to prank her.
'But hey! Dude you just need to have a big crashing reality check!' she thought devilishly as she quickly searched for a number and silently connected the person at the conference.
"Hello, Zaffar Bhai! How are you? All well?” she stifled her giggles and tried to sound as casual as possible. She was too excited to sabotage the mind-blowing plan that was on her mind with the giggles.
"Are Nidhi Dikri! I'm fine, How about you? Are ..." an overly excited voice replied to her.
(Bhai = Brother, Dikri= Honorific used in Gujrati for daughter)
Nidhi scrunched her eyebrows in confusion as he continued to blabber in his native Gujarati language. What did this man say right now? To be frank, she just knew the two terms of Gujrati and she had already used them. But this man always confused her with his over the top, pure Gujarati language. So to prevent her cover from blowing off, she decided to start in English.
"Okay!! I'm okay! Well, listen na I wanted to ask for a favor. You remember how I had helped you last time right?” She asked, removing the phone from her ear she checked whether the guy was still on call or not. To her delight, he actually was, and she caught the shuffling from the other side and quickly continued to play along.
"Yes yes dear, I do remember how you had helped and saved me from shooting a policeman just because he had tried to play with me. I swear if you hadn't come at the right time, I would have been serving my time in the jail for the crime of murdering that b*stard. Okay leave that, are you in any terrible situation that you got reminded of me? Cause I remember we met just a few days back. Am I right or am I right?” Finally, he struck the cord in the right way and Nidhi was again trying to control her giggles.
"Ahh Zaffar Bhai, what to tell you now. I've been facing some weird situations lately. Someone is trying to play pranks on me and humiliate me you know. And all this has been worrying me. I think someone is deliberately doing this. That guy who is playing a prank on me thinks that I'm an easy target. But he doesn't know that you are behind me."
"Yes, you are right dear, you don't worry, I'll tell Rehan and he'll reach there soon. You know he's the best man I have and he'll be there for your protection. You just wait and watch the drama that will unfold in front of you soon. Within 24 hours Rehan will find the guy who decided to play with you and will make sure that the guy doesn't dare to mess with anyone. In fact, he'll regret messing with you!"
Nidhi smirked as everything was going as she had expected. And soon she heard the hang-up tone and quickly knew that her plan had succeeded. The prankster had got the message and had decided to use his brain and hung up.
"Nidhi, now tell me, what was this all about? I had seen that the call was at the conference, but didn't say anything because I knew you were up to something. So, what was it this time?"
"Zaffar Bhai, I'll explain it to you once we meet at our usual hiding spot. Okay?"
"Okay, as you say! But Rehan is surely coming there to take care of you. Okay?"
"Okay, as you wish!"
She hung up the call and chuckled.
'Oh boy! It's hilarious how the prank goes wrong! Now you'll know what it is like to mess with the devil herself!' she thought as she stretched her numb muscles and tendons and sighed.
Now she knew the prankster will not dare to trouble her further.
She felt happy and victorious!!

Shivam's attention was diverted as his phone vibrated with a text message. He finished the last 10 pushups and got up. Wiping the sweat off his face, he reached for his phone and opened the text message. A smile appeared on his face as he checked the text message.
Finally, he got the wind of where Aryan was hiding and knew he was going to enjoy punching that guy for his deeds.
He quickly freshened up and got ready, but before he could exit his dorm room, a thought crossed his mind.
Was he doing all this for that Nidhi?? Was he being sympathetic to the girl who dared to bully him back?
He shrugged. He was doing this just to settle scores with Nidhi. She had dared to accuse him of something which he could never even think of in his worst nightmares. He was doing all this to prove to her that he was not that kind of guy to stalk a girl like that.
Hopefully, all goes as per his plan. Once all this is sorted, he'll get back with his plan on revenge from Nidhi.
--------
Nidhi's sleep was yet again disturbed by the loud sounds of someone sobbing. With a loud huff, She got up and crashed on Kavya's bed, making the two girls sitting on the bed jump in shock. They stared at her, wide-eyed as if they had seen a ghost or something.
The other girl, who Nidhi quickly recognized as one of their Seniors, was the cause of the sobbing. She had two large boxes of tissue besides her, and one tissue was very poorly crushed between both of her palms. All the mascara that was running down her cheeks was making Nidhi feel pity for the poor girl.
"You weirdo! You scared me for a moment! How can you scare anyone like that?” Arpita the sobbing queen exclaimed, pulling some more tissues from the box and blowing her nose on it.
"Ewww If there's someone who's like you, this accident can happen again!” she shrugged and laid back on the bed.
"Nidhi, please don't trouble her! She's been under lots of pressure and stress right now. Her family is going to send some guy to whom they want to marry her off” Kavya patted Arpita's back as she explained the critical situation the poor girl was in.
"So what's the problem with this? This is actually what these rich brats want. A rich guy to marry and then get settled in life. An engineering degree is just for the show, which can be helpful anytime anywhere we want. Right?” she interjected, trying to be sarcastic.
Arpita quickly sat straight in defense," This is not the case. I already have a boyfriend. And I want to marry him only. Not the one my Dad is going to send."
"There is something that's fishy Daya. Find it out!” Pointing at Kavya, Nidhi yet again tried to crack a joke to lighten the situation, but in turn, confused both the girls.
Somehow, Arpita got the clue and she silently added," My boyfriend doesn't have the guts to directly approach my Dad."
Kavya chuckled and sighed." Not having a boyfriend like this is better than having one!"
Both the girls averted their gaze away. Their conscience knew she was right. Kavya got up and walked up to the window and gazed outside.
“You both know that what I am saying is the bitter reality. Not everyone is lucky in love. Attraction is momentary, but Love stays. If you have to question your love for the person who you think you ‘Love’, then wake up! Rather than wasting your life like this, you better focus on your studies. Love will come when it is intended to.”
Both the girls kept listening to her in curiosity because they knew she was talking sense. Love nowadays has become very easy. Either you like someone or you don’t. People in ‘Love’ quickly jump to the conclusion that they love each other just on the basis of attraction. Where is understanding? Where does care go? Are they not equally important in love?
Kavya hesitated to ask Nidhi about her ideal boy, but decided to ask it anyway, “Nidhi, what kind of guy do you want? I mean..What is your ideal type?”
Nidhi stared at the two girls with a blank expression. Here she was trying to crack some sense into their thick heads, and here this dumb Kavya was questioning about her preferred guy instead. She restrained herself from lashing out at her, but decided to lie instead.
"I just need a guy who's willing to try. That guy will be above God for me, because he'll be doing that for me, and only me! Having a boyfriend who doesn't have the guts to claim your love in front of the world itself proves that his love will not be forever! He's totally showing that he's not the worth!"
And here someone was listening to her blabbers, with a newborn interest. Somewhere deep down in his heart, he knew she was something else.
Someone totally worth the beauty of life!
