“We’ll be leaving this pack in a few days. Please be careful, Ella. That sister of yours is up to no good... I’m sure she’s planning how to expose your secret to the world,” Myra warned, her voice tight with unease.
I didn’t respond immediately. I was still tightening my boots, staring down at my reflection in the polished leather like it could give me answers. The room was quiet... eerily so. Both Kian and Liam had already left earlier for some captain meeting with the academy elders. Which meant I was alone. Which was rare. And dangerous. I felt vulnerable but I can handle Aria, she might have known my secret but it really doesn't faze me anymore.
