Alpha Drew nods his head.
"But my human and I wish to remain a secret. We do not wish to be the main star of a puppy mill. " Annie laughs
This throws drew for a Loop. He doesn't understand why I'm laughing.
"Oh sorry. Abby and is inside joke."
"I will offer you a safe haven and a home to grow. We wish nothing but the best for you Annie " drew tells me.
"Good. May the goddess smile on this pack " I bow my head in respect to the alpha.
Annie scoots closer to jack and let's him play with our fur.
"Okay jack. Momma will shift back now. Let go. " Annie tells jack. But jack just yanks on my fur.
Annie shifts back gracefully and catches jack before he falls.
Both men are shocked to see me fully clothed. I tell them it's normal. Jack is on the couch clapping up a storm saying doggie.
I walk to my pup snuggling my baby.
"Yes baby"
Alpha drew speaks. Still shocked. Looking at me with love and admiration.
" The night of the mating festival we will Initiate you into our pack.The festival is 2 weeks away. Is that OK with you?" Drew tells me.
" Yes." I say as I look at the time.
"Alright gentlemen. It's Jack's nap time. I must be going "
"hold on Abby. I protect my own. If you must leave. You need to take a few of our best warriors for protection. Otherwise your welcome to any room in this pack house. You and your kids with be treated as royalties."
"Jack do you want to stay here? Make this our home? I ask my baby.. He starts babbling. I just laugh and tell drew yes.
"Excellent, we will send for your things"
Drew tells me.
I nod my head in thanks. It still hasn't hit me to trust or that this will become our home. Jack and I stand as an omega knocks on the door.
"This is Sam. She'll show you your room. Here is my cell number if you need anything, please call me." He hands me a paper.
Jack and I get up to follow Sam as I pull my aura completely in. I must remember to grab my herbs to hide my scent.
The alpha has us on the second floor by his room. He tells me it's the second largest room in the house and should fit all my babies perfectly.
It's nearing school pick up time. Jack and I need to get out to the van to get going. But I call alpha Drew instead.
" Hello?" Drew says.
"Hey, I'm calling to tell you that I need to go get my kids from school."
"OK. I'll have the beta come with you "
"thanks!"
I hang up and head to the front door.
I'm stunned when he has my van already by the front steps, running and waiting in the driver's seat.
"How did you know what was my vehicle"
I'm stunned.
" I can smell you and jack on this vehicle. We'll call it a lucky guess" He laughs.
I remind myself I must trust. So I shrug my shoulders and buckle jack in.
