Just a slightly deep graze. She should feel okay in a few days," he assured me. I heaved a sigh of relief. "Can I see her?" I asked, and he nodded. "She is asleep, though, and needs proper rest. Be careful not to wake her up." I pushed through the door and walked in, pausing immediately when I saw her. A deep sigh of relief erupted in my chest, and a sense of peace filled me again.
