Moving day

I’m so happy and lucky I had planned to take a week off after that work trip to move into my new house. I mean living in an apartment is good when it’s just me; however, I’m family planning. I need a bigger house for my baby. Should I wait a year to start IVF treatment? I’m thinking as I direct the mover on the heaving lifting. “I’m happy I sage and put up my alters before I left for the trip”.

“Ms. Where would you like this?” a mover ask I think his name is Ron.

“ you just put those boxes in the kitchen; and…. Matt?” another mover nods his head with a smile “can you please put those boxes in the up-stairs attic. Thank you”

I look at the empty room. I don’t know how I want to decorate it yet. This will be the baby's room. I think a Winne the pooh, magic girl, or forest theme?  I think I always wanted a Winne the pooh theme. It’s weird I know the type of house I want. 3 bedroom houses with a master bathroom and 2 and half other bathrooms. An attic, a basement, a big back and front yard with a shed (the size of a tiny house), a space to put a garden. But heaven forbid I know what to do with my babies room.

“Ms?”

“Yes Ron?” I snap out of my train of thought.

“ we unpack everything in the truck and put together all of your furniture in the place you wanted it. It looks like we are done early anything else you want?”

“No I’m ok Ron, Thank you.” I point down stairs “ in the refrigerator in beer and soda. There’s also sandwiches on the counter. I guess you guys have a break until your next job. Have at it”

“ Thanks you’re the greatness, you need help with anything else here my card” I take the card from the move who now I got a good look at. Tall dirty blond, nice build, a boyish smile, and lovely dark brown eyes. I just remember I need to get laid as much as I can before I become someone mother.

“ What if I don’t need someone to move anything? Can I still call you?”

“Will I see what type of house you live in what if you see the type of house I live in” he says as he move close to me and lead down.

“Yo Ron she told us, we can eat the food you commin or na. Cause we eating with or without you” I smile

“seem like yo boys are callin you. I may call you next I want to get on top on someone”

“ I’ll be holding my breath”

Yea for real got to get laid. Cause lookin at that azz it’s also enough for me to forget about what happen over my business trip. Maybe that d**k will help.

“Don’t threaten me with a good time” my phone goes off.

“hey girl for the mover gone yet?” My best friend Trina call

“maybe why?”

“Well I didn’t want to come when they are over because I need to lose a few bodies because I get some more. Can control to many people at one time”

“ how are you so sure anybody be yo type”

“who would you f**k”

“…..”

“see you quiet. I would have pick one of them boys up”

“ I’m coming over with food”

“you know I have food”

“yea but it bad lucky to cook on your first day and night in yo new house”

“when was that rule?”

“now, it a rule. I’m commin with pasta from that place we go to”

“ya cool. ….”

“  I feel you using this as a way to treat me because you know it’s my turn”

“Ion what you talking about”

“Well I’ll be there in a few. Love you”

What am I going to do with her? Anyway, looks like my I need to put up my boxes. I love being in design I think I make need to do some contractional work every now and again. Being a stay at home mother could be boring. I first need to set my different altars in the attic. My ancestral altar, this snake one, and the passing altar.

“now everyone keep the house safe. I’m gonna be raising my kid here. Everyone got their alcohol, food and other things, hope you’re happy.”

Next I need to set up my bedroom and guest room cause Trina is coming and she is staying. At least for the night. I hear the sound of the door bell.

“You have a key” I yell from up stairs

“you should still check who at the front door!!!” she retorts

“You. Have. A. Key” I yell louder

“b***h you lucky I love you” she said opening the door with food and drinks in hand

“ First of all. I need you change from using the word b***h cause I found out there are real ones out there. And second you under me and use me as a battery. You lucky I love you”  I snap back at her

“Where the tea. Cause you need to explained that. And I know you love me. I need a charge. Hold this.” She hand me a crystal that quick changes color  “for the deaf and blind” She looks at how quicky the color changes.

“wow what is this..woman What. The. f**k. Happen?” she said in a shock. Grading the crystal from my hand and holding it to the sky looking at the color.

“ You haven’t let me get to the tea?” I said shrugging my arms

“black,green, or herbal” she said sharply

“herbal” I said look at the food she bought.

“ok well you better tell me and make pot of real tea. Looks like getting drunk isn’t going solve this”

I Trina everything that happen over the business trip.

“well what are you going to do?”

“ I don’t know yet?” I said putting a bite of pasta in my mouth. “ I mean this is the first house I bought, and what should I do, run”

“Yea you’re not runner” she said drinking the tea in her hand. She put the tea down and looks at me “what are distortion”

I look at her “what do you mean?”

“ you make me blind, and deaf but you work always work. Ask for a way to distorted.” She said looking at me hopefully

“it would have to be on a new moon night, right now there is no feeling, we just moved in” divination it something that has to be felt for me I thought. I look down at my finished plate.

“new moon night would be the only way but that about 2 weeks off”

Trina grabs my plate and put it in the dish washer “you can hang for 2 weeks. You get more info. So you know for sure what you need to distort”

I nod my head “I can set up everything before my trip coming up. Did you set up the trip?”

“what kind of a travel agent I would be if I didn’t” she said in almost a repulsed matter.

I smile “now I think alcohol will fix some things”

“ that my girl” she hand me a bottle of cider.
