I raised my hands, gesturing for everyone to calm down.
The room had erupted into agitated discussion after Alpha Gregor's suggestion that someone was leading the nightwalkers, and I needed to regain control of the meeting.
"Please, everyone settle down," I called out. "I have someone who might be able to provide us with more concrete information."
I turned to Torren, who was standing near the door. "Go fetch Todd. He should have completed his research by now."
Torren nodded and left immediately.
Alpha Helena leaned forward, her brow furrowed. "What research are you talking about, Darius?"
"What experiment?" Alpha Marcus added, his tone curious but wary.
"Just wait," I assured them. "You will see soon enough."
