The First

Chapter 3

"Do you mean, San Diego?". i asked Richy.

"Yeah Right! H-how did you know that?" he replied

"That's the place where i was born, and the place that cruel me." 

Richy and Jess look at each other, wondering what's happen.

"Why are you here?" Jess asked me.

"The whole people of town accused my parents, not really my parents but the friend of my father who raised me, that they're using a black magics and worshipping devils. because we're living in the middle of the forest."

"Why in the middle of the forest?". Richy asked me.

"They have a trauma because of the war, and we're hiding in the middle of the forest to live in peace. but the people of San diego suffered in they're crops. Plague came in our town and destroy their crops. They think that maybe the God punished our town because they think that my adopted family is worshipping evil. So, they decided to burn our house and killed them. i run fast until i get here. therefore, i live here all by myself, in the street."

"Where i saw you crying." Jess said.

"Yes." i replied.

"So it's impossible for us to go in that town." Richy said.

"Why?" Jess replied

"If they saw Claire being with us, they will hunt us and be killed as well."

"You should go!, I'm alright here." Claire replied.

"NO! we won't leave you here, you're one of us now. We're family now." Richy said it with his serious face

"Yeah! You're right Cous!" Jess replied

I felt overwhelmed and can't explain my happiness, no one told me this long time ago, it feels like i am so important, i really miss my family, both of my family, the one who raised me and my biological parents. My tears fell down through my cheeks. 

"B--bu-But how about you guys? You will be beaten because of me."

"Nah! Don't you think like that!, We believe that you are here because you are a blessing to us." Richy said

I sensed that he is a Godfearing man. He always nice and praise God for what is happening in his life.

"So, What will happen now?" i asked them.

"Don't worry, i will handled everything. We'll stay here." Richy replied

"Wh-whu-what?!" surprisingly shouted together with Jess.

"Yeah, You heard right! We will stay here for several years." Richy replied

"Years?! How? How about our crops? how about our goods?" Jess asked him

"I will patiently wait for Claire to look different, as the years go by she will change her looks. she will be turn into a woman, and from that time no one will recognize her in the town of San Diego." Richy replied

"But how bout Damian?" i answered

"I don't know, Maybe i will talk to Damian, i will offer him a trade that he won't  deny." Richy replied

"What kind of trade?" Jess asked him

"Don't you worry about that, it's between me and Damian." He replied

"Ow! It's late at night, We better go to sleep. Claire, you can used my bed, im going to share with Jess's bed."

He's really kind aye? That's makes me think that i am so blessed, and think that i am turning myself to a godfearing girl as well as Richy.

"Good Morning!" A loud voice made me awake. 

"Shhh! She still asleep! Go! hurry and get some food to cook for our breakfast!"

I heard those light voices talking outside.

When i get up to Richy's bed, Jess saw me.

"You're Awake! Sorry, i shouted earlier. Please beg me for that, that's my every morning routine. i shouted outside the house and thanking God for a new life.  Anyway, Good morning! Just relax and wait for me, i'll cook a food for our breakfast!" 

yeah, i admired him. he knew how to cook food. i'm excited to taste what he's cooking.

"Want to take a bath first before eating?" a voice coming from outside, It's Richy's voice.

"I got you a clothes here, it's not that new but i think it fits to you, that's my clothes but i will give it to you, so you can change."

"Thank you so much Richy!" 

I get up and ready myself to take a bath. I was happy for this times,i felt like a princess. 

after i took a bath, Jess called me to eat breakfast.

"After we eat, i will leave you here, i have some stuffs to do." Richy said

"Where are you going?" Jess asked him

"I will talk to Damian and offer a trade." He replied

"Okay, But? you'll take care of yourself okay?." Jess replied

"Sure! Just promise me that you won't let Claire to be hungry?" 

"I'll assure you!". Jess replied with smile 

After we ate our breakfast Richy leaves us to go at Damian's house.

RICHY

"Damian! Sir!" Hello?!" . He's Shouting outside Damian's big house.

"What are you doing here?!" one of Damian's guard asked him.

"I just want to talk to Damian, Please let me in."

"NO! Sir Damian told us not to let anyone enter his house."

"Please tell him that i am here to offer something".

While i'm explaining my reasons, i saw Damian walking in our directions.

He's always not on his mood, he looks like a hungry lion walking on my direction and preparing himself to be his food.
