"NICK!!!" I shouted outside the room. Silence. f**k! My stomach, its hurt so much I thought it might just explode anytime soon. I inhaled and hold my breath again when another wave came in. "Nick!" I began knocking the door furiously. 'Damn it!' The wave finally slowed down, but then I felt another rush on the lower part of my belly. Suddenly the door burst open showing Nick half asleep. I quickly grabbed his hand and gripped his wrist tightly when another wave coming. This time, it was greater. "f**k, Nick!" his eyes wide open. Crouching in front of me. "Steph! Is the baby coming?" "f**k!" I clenched my teeth, the wave had slowed down but I knew, it will come back anytime soon. I stood there against the wall next to his bedroom holding my stomach. Nick was gone into my room in front of his, grabbing all the bags that I had prepared beforehand and some necessities. My mouth can’t even stop swearing of rainbow by now. "Let’s go!" Finally he came out of the bathroom holding my toiletries in his other hand. I nodded furiously and slowly walked outside to the porch. Nick had missing again, probably preparing the car. I felt another wave coming when a pair of hand grabbed me by my waist carrying me bridal style to the outside and put me on the passenger seat. Buckling my seat belt, Nick drove off immediately to the hospital. "Just calm down baby, we will let you out soon," he said slowly, almost whispered while looking up front on the road ahead. * "Congratulation, miss." I faintly heard the midwife said as my eyes slowly dropped close. I really worn out of energy after all the scream and pushing out the baby that all I think about right now is sleep. "It is a girl." she said again, holding a clean baby in a blanket for me. I smile helplessly and raised my hand to reach for her. My Baby. The door of the labor room suddenly opened and Nick showed up with a relieve face. I smile widely to him. "It’s a girl, Nick." I said. He was walking into the room slowly and came to the side of my bed. "She is my daughter," I said again, a happy tear slowly came down my cheeks. Nick nodded, holding my hand, his eyes fall on the little bundle on my chest. "Yes, Steph." he said, whispering to my ear. He came down to me slowly leaving soft kisses on my forehead. "Our daughter," he whispered, slowly.
