"Yes that's my name" "Am sorry to say this but the predicament of your family is so serious and if we don't conduct a operation on them within 24 hours they will loose their lives" The doctor said and Joanna took some steps back while starring at him in shock. "Wha- - -wha- - -what- - -what are you saying doctor?" A drop of tear left her eyes as she heard what the doctor said. She can't afford losing her entire family. Her Mom and brother, no!, this are her only relative and now their situation is so complicated. "This is the harsh truth my dear" The doctor walked towards her before patting her shoulders. "Hello Claire" She called back with a low voice. "Are you okay?, Why are you speaking that way, is anything the problem?" She asked and Joanna kept quiet. “Joanna what’s wrong with you?” Lucy voice in. "Please talk to us, don't be quiet, answer me Joanna are you okay??" Claire kept on pushing on and Joanna immediately burst into tears. "Am not okay Claire, am not okay" She said admist tears. "Send me your location we will be right there" Claire said before hanging up and Joanna immediately texted her location to her. Sooner, Claire arrived with Lucy and Joanna explained everything to them. "Are you trying to let them die Joanna?" Lucy asked. "Am not, they're my family..." "Then act like you're one of them.
