Looking at Connor’s head, Seth directs his attention to better pursuits. Namely, Seth tries to gather Connor’s hair in a Fauxhawk. Seth chuckles—one can even call them giggles, actually, but they wouldn’t be too kind and he’d never admit it—as he arranges the short tresses. He tries not to press too hard or too pull on the hair, but it’s getting too adorable.
It’s just fascinating enough to make Seth wonder if maybe the painkillers are to blame. If that’s the case, Seth all right with it. The pain they’re usually used for isn’t something Seth ever wants to deal with.
Seth pulls at Connor’s hair by mistake and he freezes. He’s sure it looks funny, but with all his thinking of Connor needing to wake up, Seth doesn’t want to be the one to do it. It’d be better if it happened naturally. Seth
