Evil Witch Returns

THOSE GRIEVOUS MISTAKES

Next morning Rowena was standing naked in front of the mirror looking at herself in Cordelia`s body, while Kay was sprawled behind her on the untidy bed. 

"Well, I think I look hot," said Rowena using the slang words which Cordelia`s unconsciousness supplied. She sometimes got flashes of the other girl`s life and her thoughts, which were the only things she could use, so nobody would notice something different in Cordelia`s behavior. That`s mostly because somebody forgot to find any facts about Cordelia`s life and family background. As it turned out she is a Endora`s descendant, the one who killed Rowena in the first place, and Aradia`s niece, who dedicated her life to destruction of Rowena. Yeah, it will be a nice family reunion when her dear sister Aradia will find out who she really was, thought Rowena sarcastically. 

"You absolutely do, my beautiful lady," said Kay drinking in her naked body with his lustful eyes. He admired her alabaster white skin, round hips, small waist, tight belly and her well-stuffed breasts. His eyes didn`t even strayed to her face on which were sensual rosy lips, straight regal nose, a little bit sunken cheeks and enormous emerald eyes. As he stared at her boobs, he licked his full bottom lip with his pink tongue and Rowena could feel the butterflies in stomach and hated it, it showed her weakness. The last time when she possessed some weakness and showed it, was the night she was killed in a cold-blooded murder. She couldn`t let that happen again, now she was better prepared and nobody would expect anything until it will too late. 

"You do know that she didn`t really care for you, don`t you?" asked Rowena reading the thoughts of Cordelia`s mind.

"I don`t care about her opinion. I only care about yours," said Kay locking his gaze with Rowena`s in the mirror as he walked toward her and hugged her from behind, placing his palms on her belly. His dark eyes stayed trained at hers green ones in the looking glass, not even straying to look at Cordelia`s body. Suddenly there was a flash in Rowena`s mind, somebody else holding this body in front of this mirror, but it went away too quickly to determine who was it. 

"Kay, you know I love you, but if I want to destroy this little town I can`t allow any distractions. From now you are only my minion, after I will finish my task we will see," said Rowena feeling the swelling love toward this boy in her heart, but her brain knew better than to give in. Her sisters had killed her all those years before only because of her love to a boy from another coven, that`s why now she is going to have her revenge and nothing - and nobody - will stop her.

"But, darling, now we have another chance to be together. Without your sisters trying to kill us," said Kay desperately. He kissed her neck to change her mind about having a revenge. Not that he wasn`t bloodthirsty for the death of their enemies, but he was too afraid that he would lose her again and he ideas weren`t so bloody and violent as were hers.  

"Cordelia! What is taking you so long?!" shouted Cordelia`s mum from downstairs.

"In a minute, mum!" shouted back Rowena, the word 'mum' sounding weird on her tongue. She had to act normal as long as possible to have a time for all preparations that needed to be done. She tried to magic on some clothes, because that little mouse didn`t have any clothes worthy of Rowena. All night she tried to grasp her magic, but it wouldn`t come and today was no exception. If she couldn`t even make up clothes, how could she destroy the whole town? What was wrong with her?  these thoughts were spiraling in her head as she tried again and again to use her magic. 

 "Let me help you," offered Kay and when she didn`t protest, he produced a blood-red long-sleeved T-shirt with a holes on the shoulders, cute black mini-skirt and white tights, which reached her knees. Rowena let her hair loose around her bare shoulders and dressed like that she and Kay went downstairs to go to school.  

"Cordelia? You cannot possibly go out like that," said mother as her daughter walked into the hall, when she saw a boy behind Cordelia, she added: "Who is that boy? Was he here all night? In your bedroom?"

"Mum, I am going out like that. My body is pretty enough for me to wear these things. And this is Kayden, my boyfriend," said Rowena trying to sound like Cordelia. She put on the boots from previous night and put on a trench coat, that reached her midthighs so her skirt was hidden underneath it. 

"I will not tolerate this, young lady!" Cordelia`s mother fought for the control over the situation. She had never seen her daughter to act like that, to wear clothes that covered almost nothing at all and to have a boy in her bedroom all night without even asking. Cordi had never even brought a boy to dinner or for a visit. Mrs. Keene couldn`t believe what got into Cordelia, she was absolutely normal last night. 

"Madam, please, understand that I want the best for Cordi and I will take care of her. You have nothing to worry about, I am a good boy," said Kayden with a sincere smile and in that moment he really looked like a nice guy, but Rowena knew better. 

"But...Um...Your bus just left the stop," her mother tried to fight the obvious charm which Kay possessed - or more acutely wore around his neck on a chain - but at the end she submitted as would anybody else.

"It`s fine. I will take dad`s car," said Rowena while taking the keys from the cupboard near the door and went outside with Kayden on her heels. She shouldn`t have done that, but she didn`t realize the mistake for she hadn`t seen her mothers suspicious expression as she closed the door behind her changed daughter.

"I have to talk to Aradia," said Rowena as she pulled out onto the road. In her previous life there were no cars so she let Cordelia`s unconsciousness drive, while she talked to Kayden seated in the passenger seat. 

"Why would you possibly do that? Do you want to get yourself killed?" asked Kayden furiously.

"I want to have my magic back. And she is the only one who can help me with that," said Rowena starting to be angry at him for not understanding her motives. "She won`t kill me, because she loves Cordelia."

"But you are not Cordelia! You will do some mistake and your card-castle will tumble. I don`t want to see you die again," said Kayden confessing to his biggest fear. He touched her cheek to make sure that she was truly real and sitting beside him, even though he held her whole night he still couldn`t believe that she was back. And now she wanted to kill herself just for some stupid revenge.

"I will not get killed again, I know better. I was preparing for this the whole time." Rowena clasped his hand with hers and put them on her thigh while entangling their fingers. 

"Okay, I will let you do this only if we do it together," said Kay and squeezed her hand to reassure her that he really meant what he said. 

"Fine, but know that I want to destroy this whole town and I won`t stop until it is gone," said Rowena fiercely making her point. She knows that Kay doesn`t like violence, but she was waiting to do this more than a hundred years and nobody will stop her now.

Cordelia`s friends were standing in front of the school worrying and waiting for her to finally arrive. It wasn`t like her to leave them waiting for so long without even a message where she was or why she was so late. 

"Where is she?" asked Kat worried about her friend`s wellbeing. 

"Maybe she is sick," said Lucy looking around herself either for Cordelia or her dear professor. 

"She is coming. She would have told me if she was sick," said Meredith surely, none of the others neither asked why she was so sure nor why Cordi would write especially to her.

"Shouldn`t we get going?" asked Anna anxiously, because the bell would ring in a bit and she didn`t like being late.  

"No, we ought to wait. She always waits for all of us when we are late," said Vivienne loyally. After some time red car, which all of them knew very well, parked on the other side of the parking space. From the car Cordelia and some boy got off. He strolled to her and kissed her passionately and she didn`t protest at all. 

"What the f**k?" said Meredith when she saw that Cordelia even deepened the kiss.

"What have you done? We talked about it. we shouldn`t be together," said Rowena angrily when they broke apart, both of them without breath and with red lips, swollen from kissing. 

"You said that I was your boyfriend. I just wanted to show everybody that you are mine," said Kayden simply and slung his long arm across her shoulders. 

"I am yours? Do you think that I am only your possession?" asked Rowena incredulously. She abruptly stopped and had a flash of Cordelia`s memory that showed her arguing about the same thing with somebody else. 

"What happened? Are you okay? Rowena you know that I am your servant for the rest of the eternity," said Kay when he realized that she was not beside him. She said to him that she was fine, but she knew that that wasn`t necessarily true. She needed to get her powers back quickly, because everybody had to know who she really is and what she can do. She was certain that he loved her - why else would he bring her back - but he had to remember that she was not this silly little powerless girl, that she was mighty witch that will kill everybody standing in her way. 

When she spotted Cordelia`s friends staring at her - and probably also at Kay - she waved at them and went into the school. She saw neither the puzzled look that they exchanged nor Meredith`s angry one stabbing into her back.

"What was that?!" whisper-shouted Meredith as she cornered her friend in a bathroom. No one was there so they could talk and Mer wanted to talk to her really much, besides other things that she wanted to do to her. 

"What was what? I don`t understand what you are implying Mer," said Rowena who was truly confused. She was trying so hard to act like Cordelia and nobody suspected her so far. Then a flashes came to her mind, girls hugging every morning before school. "Oh, I understand. Is this all because I didn`t came to you in the morning for the hug?"

"That`s not what is bothering me now. It is that kiss that bothers me, Cordelia. Why did you kiss him?" asked Meredith, her anger evaporated from her and now she was only sad and curious. She interlocked her fingers with Cordelia`s and looked into the emerald eyes, that possessed her heart, waiting for an answer.

"Mhm...He is my boyfriend and that`s what people do when they are dating," said Rowena, hers and Cordelia`s thoughts jumbled together which absolutely didn`t help in this precarious situation. 

"Cordelia, tell me the truth. Was it because I didn`t want to expose our relationship? Or did you just wanted to hurt me?" asked Mer sounding utterly devastated. Meredith put a strand of Cordelia`s hair back into place and leaned in for a kiss. 

"Look Meredith, whatever was between us, now it is over. I am with Kayden and we are happy. So leave me be," said Rowena backing away from Meredith. It all made sense now but she had so many problems on her own that she didn`t need also Cordelias`. As she stormed out from the restrooms, she didn`t see the miserable expression on Mer`s face, which would have broken Cordelia`s heart. 

When Rowena finally fought her way through the throng of people and got to her car, all of Cordelia`s friends and Kayden were standing around it and waiting for her. There was also Meredith with a blank expression plastered on her face that fooled nobody, but no one pointed that out. 

"Finally! Where have you been?" asked Viv while she hugged Cordelia tightly. All the other girls went also for a hug, even Meredith hugged her although it was just a pretense. Kayden suppressed his grin as much as he could, but he knew her very well, so he knew how she hated hugs and such things. He was sure that if she had her powers, she wouldn`t let them do that, but now she had to pretend and go with it. When Rowena looked at him from the throng of the girls, he knew that he was right. When the other girls chattered more wildly, he could see her eyes blackened and that she was really furious. He didn`t want to see any bloodshed, so he ought to do something. 

"Hey, hey! Let me also greet my girlfriend," shouted Kay so every one of them could hear him properly. They loosened their grip on Rowena just a little bit, but enough that she could move so she eased closer to him and further away from them. 

"I have enough of this. I need to get to Aradia and get my magic back, or I will kill myself willingly," whispered Rowena under her breath so only he could hear her. He squeezed her hand in understanding.

"Okay, that`s enough. Come on we have to go," said Lucy moving toward Cordelia`s dad`s car and opening the passenger`s doors, and others did the same.  

"What?!" whirled Rowena, clearly she had to hear wrong. She couldn`t go somewhere with them! Firstly she would kill them if they were with her more than 5 minutes. And secondly they would find out that she was not their friend, she couldn`t pretend for so long. 

"Oh, you know it`s Wednesday. We go for girl day every Wednesday and then we have sleep over," explained Kat without even thinking why Cordelia would forget such a thing, when she suggested it and started it in a first place. 

"Are you okay, Cordelia? You look off today," asked Anna clearly concerned. 

"I am fine. It just slipped from my mind with all the things I have to think about right now," said Rowena trying to look normal and sincere, but inside she was screaming. She turned toward Kay and went on: "Go, sit inside, I will be with you in a minute. I just need to talk with Kay about something." Lucy sat in the passenger seat, and Viv, Anna, Kat and Mer squeezed in the back seat. As they did that, Rowena pulled Kayden a little further from the car so nobody could hear their conversation. 

"You have to go to Aradia." she said immediately when she was sure they were out of earshot. 

"What? Why?" asked Kay, who didn`t expect this request at all. 

"I have to go and spend a girl day with them," said Rowena gritting her teeth in anger. "And you said that we are in this together. You have to find out how I can get my powers back! Or I will kill everybody including you with only an axe and my bare hands."

"Okay, okay. I will do it. Don`t get dramatic," said Kay holding his hands in a mock surrender. 

"Now, kiss me!" ordered Rowena and he complied to this task very happily and without any hesitation.
