I woke up to the smell of smoke. I was not in the room I had slept in. Where was I? I slowly got up and started coughing. There was smoke everywhere and I could not see. I immediately shifted into my wolf form so I could see more clearly and so I could be able to move around with better ease.
Where was I and why was everywhere smoky? Was something burning? There were so many questions on my mind and my brain was trying to process them all at once. Which was impressive considering the fact that I just woke up from sleep. As I moved along, I realized that I was still in the room, Kieran's room.
