A forged medical report on Angelina’s womb, deliberately fabricated by someone, turned her marriage with Axton—from what once felt like heaven—into a living hell.

Her mistake was keeping the report hidden in secret. Until one day, Evelyn, her mother-in-law, discovered its contents, which stated that Angelina could never bear children.

Axton, as her husband, could not accept it. He felt deceived by her for three years of marriage. In his fury, he brought his mistress before Angelina and forced her to sign an agreement.

With what kind of plan will Angelina survive—and exact her revenge on them?

Episode1.
“Your time is up, Angelina Sandore, to be Mrs. Axton Barayev Almero!” The loud voice came from the mouth of Mrs. Evelyn Almero, the elderly woman now pointing sharply to the right—where her daughter-in-law, Angelina, stood frozen. The living room was filled with unbearable tension the moment Angelina’s secret was exposed. For two weeks, she had hidden something from her husband’s family. A devastating truth, written on a slip of paper from one of the most reputable hospitals, revealed that she could never have children. That piece of evidence was now in Evelyn’s right hand. She crushed the paper until it balled up tightly, then tossed it directly in front of Angelina’s face. “All this time, you’ve deceived us! No wonder my son hasn’t had a child in three years of marriage. It turns out your womb is defective!” Evelyn spat her words like venom at her daughter-in-law. “Mommy, please forgive me!” Angelina tried to step closer, but her steps faltered the moment she saw those eyes—piercing with hatred. “I’ll call Axton. He deserves to know the truth about his lying wife!” Evelyn raised her phone, swiping the screen furiously. “Mommy, please don’t call Axton!” Angelina reflexively grabbed Evelyn’s hand, nearly knocking the phone to the floor. “i***t!” Evelyn’s eyes widened in rage as she glared at Angelina. “Please, don’t tell him. I can explain everything. I beg you, Mommy!” Angelina clasped her hands together, pleading desperately for her mother-in-law to keep the secret. But misfortune was already knocking on her door. The rumble of a car engine roared outside, signaling that Axton—her husband—had just returned from the family company. “See? Axton’s home! Soon you’ll be kicked out of this house!” Evelyn sneered with a crooked smile. Angelina lowered her gaze. Her heart pounded violently in her chest as she tried to think of a way to keep Axton from getting angry. She could already imagine his disappointment once he heard his mother’s accusations. The tall, wide door swung open. Axton stepped into the living room, his brows furrowing slightly as he found both his wife and mother inside. His eyes shifted back and forth between the two women. “Mommy, Angelina, what’s going on here?” Axton asked. Evelyn strode toward her son, standing beside him while he still carried his work bag. Meanwhile, Angelina could only watch him silently. “Divorce Angelina right now and throw that useless woman out of this house, Axton!” Evelyn commanded, pointing directly at Angelina. “What do you mean, Mommy?” Axton’s face showed confusion. “Angelina has lied to us all! She has deceived the Almero family!” Evelyn declared boldly. “Lied? Explain, I don’t understand,” Axton said, still unable to grasp where this conversation was leading. “All this time, Angelina has deliberately hidden the truth—that her womb is defective! She will never be able to give heirs to the Almero family!” Evelyn’s words struck Axton like lightning. His sharp gaze turned to Angelina, then shifted downward to the crumpled paper lying at her feet. “Is that true, Angelina?” he asked, his tone laced with disbelief. Angelina froze, unable to speak. If she admitted the truth, her marriage would be destroyed instantly. And if that happened, her life would collapse with it, leaving her homeless and cast aside. She couldn’t let that happen. She couldn’t be discarded by the Almero family. She had to hold on. “Answer me, Angelina! Is everything Mommy said true?!” Axton’s voice rose. “Forgive me, Axton. I… I can explain everything,” Angelina stammered, her voice trembling. “Does this mean you’ll never be able to give me children?!” Axton pressed, his tone firm. His fists clenched tightly, his jaw grinding as he struggled to control his fury. Angelina stepped closer and dropped to her knees before him. “Axton, please don’t hate me,” she whispered, bowing her head. “I know I was wrong. I regret doing such a foolish thing. I was afraid you wouldn’t love me anymore.” “Don’t show her any mercy, Axton! She’s a shameless pauper! She doesn’t deserve to be your wife, nor part of the highly respected Almero family! What will people say out there—a noble daughter-in-law who can’t give children? It’s disgraceful!” Evelyn sneered, disgusted at the sight of Angelina clinging to Axton’s polished shoes, begging pitifully. Axton bent down, seizing Angelina’s wrist in a painful grip, yanking her to her feet. She winced in pain. “You know the consequences of playing games with me, Angelina?” His deep baritone rumbled with menace. “Get out of my house now!” Axton roared, his face inches from hers. “I won’t leave!” Angelina shot back. Axton’s rage exploded. He grabbed her roughly, dragging her toward the front door with heavy, determined steps. “Axton, please! I love you so much!” “Six years I’ve stood by your side. Don’t you remember all our sweet memories together?” Angelina’s desperate pleas echoed through the room, clinging to her last hope before being cast away. “Don’t listen to her, Axton! That woman is not worthy of you!” Evelyn’s voice cut sharply, burning with spite. “I beg you, Axton. Please… please…!” But her sobs didn’t stop him. Axton hurled her frail body out onto the front porch. Angelina collapsed on the ground. Axton and Evelyn stood side by side, glaring down at her with contempt—as if she were nothing more than filth to be discarded. “You dared to deceive me! Now suffer the consequences!” Axton spat, his voice void of compassion. Tears burned her eyes as Angelina lifted her face. “But I’m still your wife, Axton!” she cried. “Anyone who dares to deceive me becomes my enemy!” Axton declared coldly.
