Chapter 3 The story

703 Words
The smug jock turns his gaze to him raising a finger like the barrel of a gun c*****g a smirk across his face. "This right here is our resident freak show, Alec Rudo." The jock casually stepped forward as he spoke the trays sliding off of the table with every step he continues to get closer to him. "The schools very own freak who's able to make his enemies or people that decide to take him on disappear like a magic trick" He hops off the tables drawing even closer as he glows with arrogance. "This cold heartless creature that never bites off too much for him to chew because nothing is ever too tough for this big guy." The jock soon stops right beside him and grabbed the top of his hoodie pulling it back slightly, just enough to expose his face for everyone to see. "The one who kills anyone that wrongs him" He yanks back the hoodie then grabs him by his chin raising his gaze to meet the other man "Even if it's someone that loves him like his precious J..." But before the jock could finish his sentence his words were replaced with a groan as he flies back hitting the wall with a loud thud against a wall, the impact echoing across the room. After a few moments, the jock rises to his feet, one arm wrapped around his stomach as Alec pulls his hoodie back over his head and leaves the room, the chattering of students replaced with his footsteps and the squeaking of the doors as he disappears from the room. Davia sorrowfully watches him go but pauses for a moment the words of the jock still fresh in her mind, she slowly looked around the room and at the faces of the other students seeing expressions of fear and resentment but she simply shakes her head and leaves the room quickly following after him. The squeaks of his sneakers fill the empty halls as the clacking of heels quickly follow afterwards. "Alec wait!" she calls as she grabs this strangers sleeve, his head c***s at her shooting a piercing glare before yanking his arm from her grasp. "Now you know my story so just leave me alone like everyone else...wouldn't want you to disappear like the others." His voice was cold with a pained tinge as he steps past the dulled crimson doors and into the outside slamming behind him as she sighs but before she could continue pursuing him she feels a tug on her wrist. She turns her gaze as the jock meets hers holding her wrist with the one hand and the other still wrapped around his stomach his breathing now heavy and his words winded. "Hey, babe where you going?" She looked at him in disgust and pulls her hand free from his grasp. "I'm not your babe and I'm going after him" He raises an eyebrow at her. "Why would you want to go after that monster?" Her glare grows furious as loud slap echoed through the silent halls. "He isn't a freak! You don't have any right to treat like that!" She huffs turning away as he rubs his cheek a reddening handprint resting under his palm with a soft chuckle. "You wanted to know the rumours and I told you, nobody else was going to tell you so I did you a favour, the very least I could get is a thank you. C’mon at least let me take you out to dinner." She looks at him utterly dumbfounded by this person that stands before her then swings her hand again with another loud slap as his other cheek turned the same bright shade of ruby red, with a huff she turns away but before she could even react as she hits the locker with a loud thud as the jock chuckles placing both arms beside her blocking her escape. "I love it when they play hard to get." He leans closer, Davia shudders as she could smell the sweat and cheap deodorant that clings to him. "Let me go!" She shouts trying to shove him away as a smirk slowly creeps across his face.
