Bill did not expect he’d heard a response from Ian with the way the guy was giving him a silent treatment. Hearing that Ian will think about it sparked Bill’s hope that everything’s going to be okay before the day ends. Feeling like he just saw a silver lining, Bill raised his head, gazing at Ian. His best friend might not be looking at him, Bill still felt like Ian was giving him a chance to clear his name to him. It doesn’t matter now for Bill if Ian was keeping his eyes away from him.
