"Hmm... The artifacts from kuvaki works. It's not a hidden thing that our charms work so much better than that of others and most times the spirit ask for something in return which must be honored. A loving presence used to be with your Pearl and has attracted happiness and good fortune to you. That presence has outdone it's time and has proceded to the world beyond, leaving the Pearl weak which is very normal to the configuration of the pearl. To bring back your pearl to normal , the spirit will also take something special from you. Should we proceed to fix it." Said the old lady as she flashed her eyes as if she had Siin ghost. " And what would the spirit take from me."? Said Siin in an air of curiosity. " Something very dear and special to you. An eye for an eye. A special possession for a special power."Said the old lady in wild tone. " And what in exac would the spirit take from me." Said Siin as he looked at the woman straight into her eyes in search of a definite answer. " No one knows in exact what I would request for. When it fixes your Pearl with it's resources at hand. It take back from you and replenish it's lost resources. What a Merciful spirit indeed. Now I don't have all day. Make up your mind or leave the mountain before something bad befalls you."; said the elder lady with her ever frowning face , folded even more. Siin was pause for a while. He felt there wasn't much things he loved so much . The closest thing to his heart was Kaltumi and she was rather a living dead. He wondered how the spirit could take the life of Someone that was already dead. And even if it tried. He believed that Kaltumi was a force to reckon on her own and messing with her was no childs play. " I agree to your terms and conditions. I want my pearl fixed at any cost." Said Siin and sighed deeply. " Very well then. But are you sure you have thought your decision through? Once locked. It can't be reversed. Not even me the chief priestess or Janga the priest can reverse the position of the proceeds." Said the old lady as she looked straight into Siins eyes. " I accept the offer just the way it is." Said Siin as he transfered his gaze to watch on his wrist. " Hand it over. The spirit is swift and powerful . It won't take long to fix your Pearl." Said the chief priestess as stretched her hands forward to Siin. He became subconsciously skeptical to path with the pendant and was hesitant for a moment before finally bracing himself to give her the pendant. As soon as she got hold of the pendant. She encapsulated it in her hand and closed her eyes before starting her incantations all over a again. At a point she looked so tense till tears began to roll from her tightly closed eyes and as reliefed from b*****e she opened her eyes and and breathed deeply. Before opening her palms to reveal the Pearl in it. It looked different to Siin as the Pearl had a little ambience of glow around it which made it's preceding appearance to look rather dull. " Your Pearl is fixed. I can feel the new energy in my body. You can see it sorts of radiates from the new energy around it. You request has been treated by the spirit. He would also take what suits him in the coming days." Said The chief priestess as she dangled the pendant from base of the necklace. " It looks beautiful. Thank you very much ma."said Siin as he stretched his hand forward to get hold of his Pearl before continuing to speak again after taking into cognisance , the latter words of the old woman. " You say the coming days. So the spirit would take something Very dear to me in a few days to come.? " Said Siin in a bid to feed his curiousity. " Hmm. Days will always make up weeks and would always make up months and so would days also make up years. Its never said when in exact the spirit would claim his trophy but one thing for sure is that the spirit would take what it has earned." Said the priestess and placed the Pearl into the hands of Siin. " Thank you ma. Said Siin as he basked in the new euphoria that eloped him after taking hold of the Pearl. How much would your services cost." Said the Siin so he could pay her and be on his way. " All the money on you is what I would charge. " Said the elder lady in an explicit manner which was rather shocking to Siin. " Why all the money on him ? He thought. " Because I am the greatest chief priestess alive and my charges are not fair. Today, I won't all the money in your possession. Get lost if you won't drop them all out." Said the Chief priestess , making Siin to wonder as if though she heard could hear his thoughts. This surprised Siin so much. He was thinking of nothing but the remainder of the bikemans charges if he gave her all the man in his posession. " Nineteen thousand franc is what I have with me in total, the bike five thousand Francs belongs to the bikeman .you would have the fourteen thousand that belongs to me. "Said Siin and opened his wallet to take out the fourteen thousand Francs. " All of it is what I will take and I will say no more about it." Said the elder lady without a show of challantnes. Shocked but left with no option, Siin reached for all the notes in his wallets and stretchd it forward to her. " Place them on the red cloth just here." Said the the chief priestess. " Okay ma ." Said Siin and did as he was told. " Before you go . Would you not like to pay homage to the real owner of that Pearl. My brother Janga. " Said The chief priestess as she gazed heavily at Siin as if though she had saw a serial thief. Siin was pause for a while before finally speaking. " No I don't.Maybe some other time. The pear is mine now." He said after concluding it was a waste of time to him and time was precious. He stood up and bowed his head to Chief priestess before he spoke. " May your days be long our great Priestess. I I'm indeed very grateful for your help. Thank you very much." Said Siin and turned to take his leave. " Hmm. You seem to display a high Sense of audacity. Well even though you aren't an ordinary human. It would do you good to evaluate your decisions before executing them. The spirit was before you and was also before those who elated you in sustenance. It can never be swindled or tricked. " Said the Chief priestess and waved her head in an effeminate manner. Siin didn't turn. He bowed his head again and walked away from the hurt. His steps down the mountain was speedy. He didn't want to cause a delay and get abandoned by the bikeman and his joy knew no bounds when he saw the bikeman Waiting patiently under the palm tree. " You are back early sir." Said the bikeman as he quickly mounted his bike in wait for Siin to do the same. " Yes . I told you. I won't waste much time. It's just sad you had to charge me a fortune for such a short trip. " Said Siin and mounted the passenger section of the bike.
