" Thank you all very much. This really means a lot to me. I'm very grateful for the height of your benevolence." Said Siin after collecting the percel of Money.
" You are welcome Doctor Siin. Back on the health issue. How long does it take till i regain a total healing. I playing polo with my friends. I miss the horse races to." Said Mansoor and sighed deeply in exasperation.
" Well time heals everything. With time you would be properly healed and would be able to return to the stables. But for now I think a year of rest is good for you. Avoid activities that stresses the heart for now. Take short works and drink lots of water. In a year time you should be as fit as a stallion in it's prime. " Said Siin with a smile.
" Oh damn. A year you say .that's a life time to wait Doctor Siin. I thought it could have been as close as three months or at most ,six months. " Said Mansoor as he smiled and looked at Aliya who didn't seem to find what he saying to be funny.
" Oh Habibi. Why do you like to hurt me with all these words you say. This is a heart we are talking about here . It's more vital than any other organ in your body. Why are you in a rush to get back to training with the horses when you the know the risk at hand. Its almost as if you don't care about the pain I and the kids would have to go through if anything happens to you." She said in rather emotional tone that brought Mansoor to Silence.
" Your wife is right. Patience is always key. Get the present right and you shall enjoy the vast future. Get the present wrong and I'm afraid that in your case there would be no future and I say this with all seriousness sir. You must think of your family before putting your health at risk." Said Siin in a cordial intonation.
" Fine then. It's just that I feel strong already but I promise not to do anything of that nature." Said Mansoor and reached for the hands of his wife who bowed her heads in emotions.
" That would be the best option for you sir. So you say you are brothers with General Al Hozayn." Siin asked with a warm smile.
" Yes we are. He is my elder brother. We grew up together in Salda Kalif. He was always so wild , dodging school classes and going to partake in street fights. Unless for the expensive robe he wore no one could different him from any other homeless street rogue. AL Hozayn was born different from all of us. We always knew he would stand out tall but we never expected him to go this far. Even though many people detest him for his ruthless character. I still hold him dear to my heart. Blood would always be thicker than water. Family bonds would always stand the test of time." Said Mansoor and Smiled warmly.
" Al Hozayn was the most instrumental figure in the bombardment of Sharja. Thousands of lives were lost as a result of that assault. A lot of families were rendered homeless and till this moment that I speak to you , many families are still suffering for the actions of one man. Are you in support of what your brother did." Asked Siin in a sober tone.
" Support ?. Definitely no !. Achieved ? Yes . My brother may have done terrible things which I condemn. But he has managed to achieve a lot on his own and I must commend him for that. You see Siin. History is the best mirror for one who sorts to achieve greatness if you want to see yourself as an achiver all you need to do is to look back at history. Alexander the great is not called great because he sat in his castle and ruled Rome with a cotton hand. He took his horse and rode across the world stumping on enemies and conquering lands. Ramsis , the great Egyptian pharoah is not called great because he was born into royalty and traeted the Israelites with mercy. He is called great because he took hold of his chariot and rode across the nile marauding his enemies and conquering new territories for Egypt. Let's not talk about his battles with the god of the Israelites. You see my friend. History does not remember those who fell for nothing in battles of supremacy. History rewards the triumphant and that is what Al Hozayn represents. You aren't a valuist . You may never understand." Said Mansoor and smiled at Siin.
" That's one big dream . Your brother has got in motion. I believe they are ways to achieve greatness without shedding the blood of the innocent. History also pays homage to humanist like mother theresa and Albert Einstein. There is always a better way to conquer the word without dispute." Said Siin in a cordial tone.
" It's just like u said Doctor Siin. A valuist cares only about results. Some people are too weak to be bad while others are too strong to be good. Yet they may still arrive at the Pinnacle of greatness if they harness their powers well enough. Al Hozayn has choosen to be too strong. I wish him all the best in his adventures. He is my brother . He has bailed me out of several problems in the past . I won't stand with him in this fight for power but I won't evade him if he ever comes calling for help. That is what family do." Said Mansoor and shifted his gaze to the silver clock on the wall.
" I understand you Sir. However this debate can go all day without any of us convincing each other to see things from our point of view. I bet on a good day we would have an extensive discussion on this matter. I believe I have a lot to learn from your vast knowledge and expertise sir." Said Siin with a smile.
" Sure doctor Siin. Next , we would be looking to host you in our home. We hope you will honor our invite." Said Mansoor with a smile.
" Most definitely sir.it would be rare privilege to be hosted by you sir." Said Siin with a warm smile.
Aliya sat in silence listening to both men talk. She was of the oppinion that politics was no grounds for a woman thus she never meddled in any discussion about politics. If it were up to her. Mansoor should relinquish any interest he had in contesting a position or gunning for a space on the throne. All she wanted was a quiet life for her family. She believed the hype and fame was tiring and only a quiet life could be beneficial for their two kids. Her stance was already of great influence to Mansoor as he made it clear to his brother that he was not in support of the bloodshed neither was he against it. All wanted was a peaceful lifestyle with his family by his side.
" We would have to be on our way now Doctor Siin. We really had a great discussion. You really aren't any ordinary doctor." Said Mansoor as he stood up slowly to signal his departure.
" I will take that as a compliment sir. Thank you very much for the visit." Said Siin as he rose to see them off in a show of Coutesy.
" Thank you very much Doctor Siin , I will keep in touch with you on the progress of his health." Said Aliya as they walked to door .
" Sure . Please don't hesitate to report any abnormalities to me. I'm always at hand to lend a helping hand. " Said Siin with a cordial tone.
" Sure I will. Less I forget. The kids also sent their regards." Said Aliya as she held unto the hands of Mansoor in fear that he may fall.
" Woman I am as strong as a stallion. Hold me only out of affection and not support hahaha." Said Mansoor as he burst into soft laughter.
" Don't be stubborn Habibi I won't let you fall. Isn't that what family do." Said Aliya as she giggled heartily along.
" Exactly you are right. My most precious pillar." Said Mansoor as his gaze hit straight on Aliyah beautiful face. She blushed hardly and bent her head in Shyness as they walked to their Bentley where their driver stood in wait.Siin was mute in awe , when he realized the lovebirds had laid down their guards he decided to speak.
" Say my warm regards to the kids and have a wonderful day ahead."
"They would hear Doctor Siin. Do have a great day to . " Said Mansoor as entered the car together with his wife.
