Ft. Meade, Maryland. Joint operations task force war room.
Members of the Joint Chiefs, flanked by National Security Advisor James Foreman, began flooding into Fort Meade’s joint operations task force war room. With so much data pouring into NSA, the war room had become the central hub of the investigation. Bill Tarleton ushered them in with great haste.
On the main monitor, the men stared at a live infrared satellite feed.
“These are the Australian operators we’re watching? Where are we getting this feed from?” Chief of Naval Operations, Admiral Joseph Glass said.
“The Brits, sir. The images are coming in from one of their military satellites. They’ve given us access. It’s in orbit over the Middle East at the moment.”
