Tuloy tuloy lang kaming pumasok sa klase ni Atty. Salasa. It's our choice if late kami or what. They don't care as long as they will teach in exchange of their payment.

Napalingon ako kay Apollo na kausap si Zenia ngayon na parang may tinanong. Tumango tango naman sya habang nagpapaliwanag si Zenia at ngumiti. My brows furrowed. Did I just saw Zenia the witch blushed?

"Calisto, Avabelle Shivani." My attention turn on our prof who's now roaming his eyes finding who's that girl. Dahan dahan akong tumayo at taas noong tumingin sa kanya. I'm not shy anymore, I studied. Duh?

He smirked before leaning on the table in front. Naghahamon syang tumingin sa akin na nilabanan ko naman. I'm not afraid of death, and he thinks I'll be afraid of him? Huh, asa.

"Can you now answer my question yesterday before you drop out?" he said that made some of my classmates laughed.

I shrugged at his words, " I can even state the whole Article for you, Attorney." Mayabang na ngisi ko habang nakatingin sa kanya.

His brows raised and stood properly. Natutuwa syang tumingin sa akin at tumawa.

"Will you?"

"The 1987 Philippine Constitution of the Republic of the Philippines, Bill of Rights, Article III. Section 1. No person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law, nor shall any person be denied the equal protection of the laws."

"Section 2. The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects against unreasonable searches and seizures of whatever nature and for any purpose shall be inviolable, and no search warrant or warrant of arrest shall issue except upon probable cause to be determined personally by the judge after examination under oath or affirmation of the complainant and the witnesses he may produce, and particularly describing the place to be searched and the persons or things to be seized."

"Section 3." I started and breathe first before continuing but he raised his hand and laughed.

"Let's see if you're tough and confident enough to finish this law course." Tatango tangong sabi nya na tinanguan ko din.

"That's easy." I exclaimed and sat down. Ramdam ko naman ang tingin ng mga kaklase ko kaya tinignan ko din sila pabalik. Napahinto iyon kay Apollo na ngayon ay nakangisi. I winked at him before listening to Attorney Salasa.

"Yabang." Apollo teased while watching me cooked for our dinner. Masaya ako ngayon kasi nakaganti na'ko. So I said that I'll cook dinner for us as a treat.

I smirked, "Just say na nagalingan ka on me." Sabi ko at nagtuloy sa paghihiwa ng mga sahog. He laughed na para bang tuwang tuwa sya sa akin.

"I wanna laughed when I saw how confident you are earlier. I suddenly wished for you to make a mistake." He teased again at binato ko sya ng isang maliit na hiwa ng carrots.

"You're not supportive." Tampo kong sabi at nakangusong pinagpatuloy ang ginagawa. He laughed again and I just felt his presence behind me.

"But seriously, you look beautiful there earlier. Parang gusto ko ng lumuhod sa harap mo at sambahin ka." He said seriously kaya tumingin ako sa kanya. He laughed and hugged me from behind.

"Tampo ka na naman. Last time na nagtampo ka sa akin, dalawang araw mo akong hindi kinausap." may bahid ng pagtatampo sa boses nya kaya napalingon ako ulit sa mukha nyang nasa leeg ko.

"I'm the one who's nagtatampo. Bakit ngayon ikaw naman?" Litong tanong ko na nagpatawa sa kanya. Lumayo sya sa akin at naglakad palabas ng kitchen. I just shrugged because of his actions and finish what I am doing.

"Breakfast ready!" rinig kong sigaw ni Apollo na nagpabangon sa akin. I'm not patay gutom ha? I'm just made this way--immediately waking up when heard just a little noise. Tamad akong bumangon ng makitang alas sais na at may pasok pa pala kami.

"Good morning." He greeted softly and I just nodded before sitting in front of him. Like always--my plate is already ready, kakainin nalang. We began eating but he's staring at me while eating na hindi ko na lang pinansin dahil palagi naman. Akala mo ay mawawala ako sa paningin nya.

"You're in a bad mood, princess?" Tanong nya at hinawakan ang noo ko. Tumango sya ng malaman na okay naman ako at wala lang sa mood. Bakit ba kasi? Trip ko e.

Tahimik akong naglakad palabas at dumiretso sa school habang nakasunod naman sya. I yawned when I saw Attorney Salasa writing something on the white board in front. Tahimik akong naglakad papunta sa upuan ko at dumukdok sa lamesa.

I'm not really in the mood today, I don't know why tho. Pumasok na din si Apollo na tumingin muna sa akin bago dumiretso sa upuan nya.

"Good morning." I heard Zenia said.

"Good morning." Apollo said too, that made me rolled my eyes.

Nakinig lang ako sa boring na discussion ni Attorney bago lumabas ng tumunog ang bell na hudyat na tapos na ang klase nya. Bata lang?

Criminal Law ang sumunod naming subject bago nag lunch.

"You saw it too?" Rinig kong sabi ng mga babae dito sa restaurant na kinakainan ko.

"Of course! Yung nerd pa na yon? Wala bang taste yung lalaki?"

"Yeah, what a waste. Ang gwapo nya pa naman." rinig kong sabi ng isa pang babae.

Bakit ba ako nakiki chismis dito? Kapag naririnig ko naman ang salitang gwapo, si Apollo lang ang pumapasok sa isip ko. Nagtuloy ako sa pagkain at hindi na pinansin ang chismisan ng mga babae sa harap ko.

Since that night, hindi na ako nagbasa pa ulit. Sapat na yung nabasa ko para makasurvive. Nakakasagot naman ako kapag may recit. Dumiretso na ako sa school pagkatapos kumain at sinubukang hanapin si Apollo. Sumuko nalang din ako dahil makikita ko naman sya sa school mamaya.

Dalawang subject pa ang meron ngayong araw kaya tamad akong naglakad papunta sa room. Napakunot ang noo ko ng makita silang dalawa na nagtatawanan na akala mo close friends. I rolled my eyes and sat on my chair while waiting for our prof.
