Julian's mother, Isabella, stood tall, her eyes blazing with a fierce determination. "Julian, you're not who you think you are," she repeated, her voice firm.
Julian's eyes narrowed, his jaw clenched in defiance. "What are you talking about, Mother?" he growled.
Isabella's smile was cold, calculating. "You're not my son," she said, the words dropping like a bombshell.
The room fell silent, the only sound the stunned gasps of Alexandra and Sophia. Julian's face went white, his eyes wide with shock.
"What do you mean?" he whispered, his voice barely audible.
Isabella's eyes seemed to bore into Julian's soul. "You were adopted, Julian," she said, the words slicing through the air like a knife. "Your real parents... they're not who you think they are."
Julian's world seemed to crumble around him, his identity shattered into a million pieces. He stumbled backward, his eyes wide with horror.
Alexandra's heart went out to him, her instincts screaming at her to comfort him. But as she took a step forward, Sophia's voice stopped her cold.
"Don't bother, Alexandra," Sophia sneered, her eyes flashing with malice. "Julian's got more secrets than just his adoption. Secrets that could destroy him... and everyone around him."
The room seemed to darken, the shadows closing in around them like a trap. Julian's eyes locked onto Sophia's, a fierce determination burning in their depths.
"I don't know what you're talking about, Sophia," he growled, his voice low and menacing. "But I'll find out. And when I do... you'll pay."
The air seemed to vibrate with tension, the threat hanging in the air like a challenge. Alexandra felt a shiver run down her spine as she realized that she was caught in the middle of a deadly game... a game where secrets and lies could be fatal.
