“Mom…dad… I promise I'm going to kill him. For everything he did to you all, I promise to make him pay. Please forgive me for failing on my last mission.” she whimpered softly.
Her voice was low, weak. I watched as tears silently poured from the corners of her eyes. My throat constricted and my fingers instinctively went out on their own and quietly wiped the tears away.
Thorne has really broken her, for her to keep thinking of revenge, even in her unconscious state.
