Thunder cracked, and rain poured as swords clashed. “Take the families through the tunnels!” A man in a chainmail turned and yelled. He turned and an arrow pierced his right shoulder. Another one flew toward him. He swung his sword and cut it in half. One of the now two pieces hit him in the eye. He grabbed the arrow in his shoulder and broke it. “Retreat!” A man on a horse screamed. Seconds later he was knocked off his horse by an arrow. “Fall back! Everyone, Fall back!” Soldiers ran as arrows rained down on them. As they ran towards the castle, the gate opened. They ran inside, and the man turned around to see soldiers hit by arrows. “Help me,” a soldier said in a raspy voice. The man rushed to help but he was grabbed. “Commander Star, don’t,” a soldier said as they held him back
