Layla's POV
The baby is beginning to reveal itself to me. While I sleep, it stirs around a lot. I believe it is looking for its father like I am. I am beginning to think all is lost when they find out that I am already pregnant with an Alpha's child. I wish to keep it hidden for as long as possible. As always, I am standing by the window practicing my powers of wind. I only shift the trees here and there but not violently to make someone worry. I am pretty aware that Jacob went back to the pack house and went to warn Nero of what is happening. I am praying that they are coming up with a game plan.
