We been working on ways to get to Layla in time before the mating began. Trusting Jacob'sword, I sent him back to be on look out for Layla. I mostly paid close attention to the trees. They swayed here and there but not in the direction of distress.... more in a dancing sort of way. It must have been her calmly playing with the wind when she got the chance. She seemed to be getting better at it. I wish I could watch her. Hold her and feel the baby growing within in her body.
