I can say that I was one of the luckiest woman.
One year na kami and he’s still the sweetest guy ever. We had arguments but then, we never gave up. He always made me feel as if I’m the prettiest girl in the world. He takes care of me like I’m the rarest diamond ever. Ako rin, I always take care of him. That's love naman diba? Our boyfriends should make us feel like we're Queens but also, we have to make them feel as if they're Kings. Love is just a matter of give and receive.
We were so happy and contented with one another. I could say that our love was true, and that he's the one.

Till something happened.
“K-khiana.”
“Oh Tita? Napatawag po kayo? Umiiyak po ba kayo? Bakit? Ano pong nangyayari?”
“ S-si Andrey. S-si A-Andrey iha. Sinugod naming sa hospital.”
“Po? S-saang hospital po?”
“S-sa San Lorenzo Hospital iha.”
“Sige po Tita. Papunta napo ako.”
While on my way, hindi ko alam kung anong gagawin. My tears kept on rolling down. As soon as I reached the hospital, I saw his parents talking with the doctor.
On that day, I found out that he has a cancer at last year pa pala nila nalaman.
The reason why he pushed me away from the beginning wasn’t because he didn’t have feelings for me, but because of his cancer.
Bumaba ng husto ang timbang niya at namumutla pa.
It’s painful to see him na may nakakabit na iba’t ibang dextrose, but for him, I got to be strong.
His months of staying in the hospital turned into years. He’s a strong man and he kept on fighting though alam ko na nahihirapan na siya. I kept on praying for him. I don't know what I'd do if I'll lose him.
Kaya naman nag-uumapaw ang saya namin when the Doctor announced that he's cancer-free.
“Congratulations Mr. Buenavista. It’s a miracle. You are now cancer free.”
“D-doc? Talaga ho ba? Oh my God! Love! Narinig mo iyon? Makakalabas ka na dito sa hospital!"
“Thanks God. I’m so thankful love. Im so happy. Thank you po doc. Thank you po talaga.”
