I held the ball tight with both of my hands. I positioned it to throw on the other side of the net. I put all the pressure and power to give a good serve. A few seconds past, a loud buz conquered the whole court. A win.
I sighed in relief.
"We made it!"
I can still feel the adrenaline in my veins. My sweay is flowing in neck. My heart is rapidly beating. I smiled upon hearing my schoolmates loud screaming of our university name.
I was about to walk towards them, when a handsome face suddenly appears in front of me. He showed me his white set of teeth. His scent lingered in my nostrils. He is handsomely standing while holding a cold bottle of water.
""You never fail to show me how passionate you are in everything." he proudly said with a smile on his lips.
"Why are you here?"
"Of course I can't miss my bestfriend championship game. This is my tradition yearly."
I pushed him to make away.
"You're still wearing your Jersey. Not yet done with the game?"
"Yeah. Do you want to treat you somewhere?"
"What's your deal?" He smirked. This crazy a*s.
"You got me there Miss MVP." I smirked too.
"Will tell you later."

"WHAT?! NO WAY!" I exclaimed.
"This would be the last time I will ask you to send a break up message for me. I just can't do it. Ilona is too kind, I can't break her heart."
" It will breaks her heart even more."
Ilona Del Cozar is the longest relationship Tobi ever had. 6 months, I think. She's the most perfect among all of the girls he dated. But Tobi being the jerk himself wants to end his relationship with her through me. His reason? She's boring and perfect. Not a girlfriend material as for him.
"Her brother will surely kill me. He witness how I kissed someone earlier." I looked at him in disbelief. My heart pains upon hearing that. This jerk!
How can this jerk be this unfaithful? Given that he is handsome.
"You know what? Man up Tob, you have to do it yourself. She deserves an explanation why you're doing this to her. You are the one who commits. Not me."
After saying that, I stood up and walked away from him. I still can't believe my bestfriend have to be that heart breaker specially Illona who did nothing but love him. That is the reason why I don't want to have relationship with anyone. They will eventually fail to protect the relationship they build. They are wasting their time trying to ruin and pains each other.
I still remember how my mom left after knowing that my dad has a illegitimate daughter. And how my dad left too and chose to protect his other family. They leave me alone. They made a vow for each other and then breaks it.
That's why anyone who commits theirselves to someone, somehow ruin it. They should be ashame of theirselves for not being able to fulfill their promises.
How can they say they just made a decision out of love? That's a foolish excuse. If it is not love in the First place, why they have to make promises in front of God and make a child. I can't understand how the mind of people works.
I will never understand why dad chose to break mom's heart. He can communicate with my mom to tell her the problem and ends it. I will never understand mom leaving me alone with my grandparents and find other man to fulfill her emptiness. They're the people who makes lame excuses just to justify their actions.
When I'm about to reach the comfort room in the second floor of the mall. I saw Ilona making out with some other guy in a hallway. The guy hands is doing wonders inside her shirt. I close my eyes in frustration.
"Get a room please"
They stopped when they hear me. I saw how Ilona eyes grew wider upon seeing me. Surprise.
"Don't worry. He is breaking up with you." I said informing. Kind my a*s.
I turned my back to them and returned to the restaurant where I left Tobi. He is sipping his Melon Shake when I sat in front of him.
"You are now single. I did your favor."
I said before walking away again. People and their revenge. Tsk.
