Breathing heavily, this male paleontologist wearing a green t-shirt soaked in dirty water has finally came in front of his very destination. He tries to catch up with his breath as the last few days has only been running and hiding for him and now he is trying to gather as much energy as he can to finally reach his goal.
"Now or never right." The paleontologist said as he gritted his teeth.
He checked his backpack and noticed that he only have 2 bottles of clean water left. He gripped his arms thinking that dehydration wont be the one that'll stop him on his journey.
He finished inspecting his bag so he wore it at his back again and bravely entered the Lost Temple Of The Sky.
He is trying his best not to cut short the batteries he have so he wont turn on his flashlight until the path the sunlight had shone upon ends.
He has now reached the darkness which required him to turn on his flashlight. It shone upon the cave looking place and hieroglyphics can be seen on the walls. The paleontologist walked towards the neared writings and slid his fingers upon it and eventually a creepy smile appeared on his face.
"This really is it..." He mumbled
He looks at the hieroglyphics showing a lady holding a knife to a another lady's throat, He slid his fingers to where the hieroglyphics continue and he stomped his foot on the ground as he saw that the message was cut short due to a missing piece of the hieroglyphics missing.
"Damn! What the f**k is this?!" He shouted then removed his hat "10 f*****g years just to see a f*****g incomplete, no it's not incomplete, it is blank! This message is just random hieroglyphics!" He said
"It's not blank, it only means the end." A voice he isn't familiar with spoke
"Who's there!?" He shouted as he shone his light all over the place but there seems to be no one.
He starts thinking that it is just a figment of his imagination playing tricks on him due to failed quest he has taken. He just leaned on the wall and started laughing as his mind slowly falls into madness.
A few minutes passed and he realized that path he hadn't saw before has been open at the edge of the cave looking place. He flick the switch of his flashlight and turned it on again to make sure he wasn't just seeing things.
"Looks like I gave up way too early." He said
He walks down the path now with his emotions pulled back together. He's more confident now than a while ago.
A few hours of walking and eventually the paleontologist caught a glimpse of light. Knowing how deep he has gone, he is sure that light would lead him to something that'll change his life. He rushed towards the light just came out of the place and be greeted by a big dessert.
He looked around and notice that from afar, there is a village that seems to be a ancient structure except there is people living in it.
"God! I must thank you for showing me the light!" He shouted
He run back to where he came from, he picked up stones that seems to have a big price and brought it with him.
He is now approaching the exit of the cave looking temple and as he stepped out, everything just went blank. His vision is now completely blank. He couldn't see anything but he could tell that he is outside.
He touched the ground as much as he can, he even touched boar crap but there is no good, it really seems that he had gone blind naturally not because of a third party.
"I guess thanking God wasn't a good idea." He said as he sat down hopeless.
By then, He heard a harp being played from inside the temple. He faced his head to the direction the sound came from to try and feel anything but there is none.
He grabbed an object from his pocket and eventually slit his throat as he knew that no hope could never shine on him again now that he's blind.

3 weeks later, in one of the classroom of the National University of Ireland. A man named Arthur King is teaching history to a class consisting of people who looks so bored that some of them are even sleeping.
"Mister Red, will you stand up and tell me what did Aristotle taught Alexander the great?" Arthur said
So the student stood up there with nothing to answer. He scratched his head and eventually the whole class stared at him as they weren't expecting the popular kid to not listen to history.
"It's on page 57 of your book if you want to look." Arthur said while playing with his marker
The students opened the book slowly turn each page but a thought had struck him, why not make the class a little less boring for the students.
"May I ask sir, how is this going to help with divorce?" The student said with a grin showing off his face.
The other students couldn't help themselves and their laughter just burst out. Arthur is out of words cause he knows that hitting the student would be a bad idea so he tries to think of a word to say to shut the class's noise.
"I think Mister R-"
His words were cut short as the bell rang and student started packing their bags. The students started leaving the room with stupid smiles showing on their faces like nothing happened.
"Don't forget to complete the draft for next week's class!" Arthur said
"We know sir, no need to remind us." The student from a while ago said
Arthur clenched his fist but his face stayed the same. He erased all that is written on the board and was interrupted till he heard someone shouting from outside the classroom. He went out just to see someone's eyes gushing out with blood.
The thing is there is not just one person but many more students followed. Arthur could hear voices shouting "I cant see!"
The hallway was in total chaos and Arthur could not do anything about it. He tries to calm as many students as he can but they just continue shouting and crying out the pain they are experiencing.
"Just what on earth is happening?" He asked to himself
He grabbed his phone from his pocket and called the principals number. The principal answered and he could hear shouting from the other line. His face could explain how terrified he is at the school's current situation.
"Mister Principal! I need help in here immediately, I would also try and call the emergency hotline but I'm afraid they won't be able to do much." Arthur said
"Sorry mister King but what is happening right now has affected me as well." The principal said with a shaking voice
"Anyway you must come here to my office now, someone from the WIC and CDC is here to meet you." he continued
Arthur heard a squirting from the other line and so he hung up and hurried to the principal's office.
Reaching the stairs, Arthur looked back and thinks that the students may be assholes but they need help right now.
