Chapter 7

The next morning I woke when the sun came into my room through the sky light and the floor to ceiling window, and the door that lead to the forest; yes I said there was a door that lead to the forest in my bedroom. ‘Man it feels like it has been ages since I have got to sleep that good, wait it has been a good while if note ages because of my ex, but he is just a piece of trash.’ I thought to myself as I sat up in bed and throw my legs off the bed ‘I need to unpack today but that would so lame to do in a new home town on the first day, so it can wait till tonight.’ I thought to myself as I yawned and I got out of bed, I walked over to my boxes and opened them, sure I could get an outfit out of my carry-on bag but I don’t want too. I grab a pair of black jeans, a light blue shirt that the sleeves come off the shoulders just a bit, and my under wear and boot socks. I lay my cloths on the bed then grab all four bags from Bath and Body Works and carries them into the bathroom ‘New place, new smell’ I thought to myself and then I chuckled at that ‘Only humans could smell this stuff, I wonder what I smell like to werewolves.’ I thought to myself as I put my things where they went, as soon as I did that I took a shower using my new body wash and shampoo. I got done with my shower, and I when I got out I dried off and towel dried my hair and braided it, then I walked out of the bathroom and back into the bedroom, I put on my clean cloths and I also put on my boots. I walked over to my wall mirror and looked at myself ‘Self there is someone here for you, you will find that someone.’ I told myself as I turned on my heels and walked to the bedroom door, I opened my door and walked out of my room, then I shut it behind me.

I walked out of my bedroom and down the small hallway, I walked into the living room but I could see the kitchen so it was an open floor plain, I walked to the kitchen “Good morning mom and dad.” I said to them and they stopped talking about what every it was they was talking about “Morning sweetie.” Mom said smiling and I looked over at dad “Dad, is everything okay?” I asked him as he leaned against the farm house sink that was in the kitchen, he looked at me “My boss has asked me to come to his house for breakfast.” He said to me and I looked at him as I leaned against an island “And what is the problem with that?” I ask him “We are new here and we don’t know where he lives at.” He said to me and I rolled my eyes “Dad your boss will send someone to pick us up, so don’t worry,” I said to him “Besides I would guess he going to show us around.” I added and they both looked at me, as if they are trying to figure out if I have been replaced by someone new again so I just let out a sigh. “You both are so skeptical about things sometimes” I said to them and hopped up on the chairs at the island and they looked at me closer and I just rolled my eyes at them. “We are not skeptical” Dad said to me and looked at him “Yes you are dad.” I said to him in a board tone of voice “Both you and mom are afraid to leave the house after coming through the forest last night.” I said to him as I let out a yawn “You both have jobs here that are why we moved remember? And I get to start a new school.” I said to them smiling and walking to the door “Well I’ll find my way there; I just want to look around on my own.” I said to them “Do you have your cell phone sweetie?” Dad said to me and I rolled my eyes “Yes dad I do.” I said as I opened the door “Be careful.” Mom calls to me as I walk out the house door, closing it behind me. 'I have to explore this new town, so I know this place well and I will not get lost' I thought to myself as I started to walk away from the house. ‘I’m so much more different then mom and dad, I feel safe here and they were scared when we came through the forest’ I thought to myself as I put my hands in my pants pocket. I started to walk up the road there was really nice looking houses build here, some of them was one story like the one we had moved into and other two or three story houses and they were all really nice on the outside and I bet they are even prettier on the inside. As I walk I notice there is a good size play ground, a basketball and tennis courts, a few cafes but they was small. ‘There is a few cafes here, but that is all I see, so where is the town and schools at’ I thought to myself as I keep walking. There were people out doing their own things, kids at the playground with their friends, teens at the basketball and tennis courts, and lovers doing their own things. ‘Get a room it you’re going to have s*x for heaven sakes, kids are around you’ I thought to myself as I walked. A really huge house that looked like a mansion and had about thirty or forty rooms in it, if not more ‘Wow what a huge house, it looks really nice outside I bet it is prettier on the inside.’ I thought to myself as I looked at the house.

I walked closer to the mansion and it got even bigger the closer I got to it, mom and dad are probably already in there chatting and laughing. I thought as I took a few more steps but I was stopped by a guy that had to be at least six feet tall and he was wearing a guard’s outfit “Sorry miss but you can’t just walk into the house.” He said to me in a deep voice and he looked down at him, I looked up at him Sir I just moved here and my parents are probably in there with your boss, having breakfast." I said to him and he raised an eyebrow at me "I'm the daughter of Bill and Lilly." I said to him and he looked down at me “Hold on a moment please miss.” He said to me and walked a few steps away from me, I thought he was going to talk out a cell phone and call someone but he just stud there and I looked at him. He had his crossed his arms as he walked away from me, he was clearly pissed that I had bothered him as he did his job which was guarding the house. ‘OMG!! WEREWOLVES ARE REAL!!!’ I screamed in my mind and I bit my lip trying not to bounce on the balls of my feet, the guard came back over to me "Alp-Mr. Lance said you could come on in." He said to me I nodded to him and tried not to skip into the house 'He almost said Alpha!' I said to myself, I guess he smelled that I was human. I opened the front door to the house and walked in, I was hit with of bacon, pancakes, and other heavenly breakfast foods, I followed the smell with my nose and it was leading me to the kitchen.

Before I got to the kitchen I walked into something that felt like a brick wall, I went to step back but an arm had wrapped its self around my waist and I blushed "S-so-sorry." I stuttered and I normal never stutter I had walked into someone "Just watch where you are going next time." The person said in a harsh tone and let me go, I stepped back and looked up at the guy who was in front of me and he didn't look to happy "I'm sorry." I said to the guy who huffed off and I rolled my eyes at him. ‘Well then that was something’ I thought and my stomach growled at me ‘Yes food, food, food’ I thought to myself as I walked in the kitchen. Mom and dad were talking to a man and woman about their age “There she is.” The woman said and I smiled as I walked up next to mom and dad “Hello.” I said smiling at both the woman and man. They both gave off different airs about them but also some of the same, the guy had one of a leader, protector and just everything an Alpha should be, the woman had one of sweet, kind, loving presents to herself and other that a Luna would need. ‘I feel so small next to Lance’ I thought to myself “Hello sweetie it's nice to meet you” The lady said to me smiling "My name is Summer and this is my ma-husband Lance." She said the man who had his arm around her waist, I smiled at them happily 'She almost said mate!' I thought to myself "Nice to meet you both Summer and Lance." I said to them smiling and they smiled back at me "Nice to meet you too dear" Lance said to me, I smiled back at him ‘Alpha Lance and Luna Summer are so nice!’ I thought to myself ‘Sliver Moon Pack is where I restart my life.’ I thought to myself.
