Veeneus'S POV HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!! People are screaming outside. Fireworks.. Lights... Parties... friends.... And Family.... My whole family died last year at exactly midnight.They were about to visit me but they suddenly got ambushed by a group of unknown people.I spent my whole year inside my house.I didn't go to work and imprisoned myself hoping to move on but it got worse. I miss them so much, I remembered them telling me stories, Mom preparing my favorite cheese cake and Dad going home after work. I have two little brothers and they liked playing soccer with me. When I turned 18, I decided to part ways from them for academic purposes. They visit me every weekend and holidays. Remembering the past makes me shed into tears. My Friend Lira was the one who had taken care of me also died the same case as my family's.Now I'm all alone inside my dark room.Laughing like crazy and wandering inside my room as if I was looking for something. My sight was blurred due to tears that was about to fall.I wiped it with my bare hands and started walking outside my room. I turned the lights on and went to the kitchen and took the mango float inside the cooler.Our maid didn't left,she never turned her back to me although I sometimes ignore her. I couldn't lose someone like her. I started eating and I just realized that I haven't eaten for the past two days, thank God I'm still alive. I also noticed the change in my body, I got slimmer and I looked older. This problem ain't gonna affect anyone except me so, life goes on. While eating, I looked out of nowhere and having a nostalgia. My sight went blurry and warm tears went down my cheeks. I could hear people outside shouting and celebrating, while her? "Why do I have to come through this s**t? You took everything to me!", I shouted looking at the bright full moon. "Why not me?!Why don't you kill me!!?", I sat on the floor still looking at the sky. I look stupid and I was ugly crying. I was so stupid to think that the moon would probably talk back. I laughed hysterically. "Meow!" I nearly killed the cat behind me, I never knew we had a cat. It looks bigger than a usual cat. It has Green Eyes and Black fur. It was sitting while looking at me. I didn't move a bit when it meowed again. I felt dizzy and my sight is turning to black. I tried to reach the cat but someone took it. A pair of shoes, I looked at my foot and somebody is there too. I tried to crawl because I couldn't stand up, I'm weak. A pair of hands reaches my waist and sat me on the floor. I couldn't see his face because it was blurry and dark, what's happening to me? He gets close to me and whispered my name, at this point I feel so helpless. Who are they? I shouted when an unknown pain strucks my neck. I tried to fight back but my body responds otherwise. My body is trembling and my heart is racing. I closed my eyes and I lost senses. __________________________ I woke up in an unfamiliar room. It's not my room and never been here before.I tried to move but I couldn't move my legs, What happened to me? I cursed when I can't remember a thing about what happened last night but one thing is for sure, I was kidn*pped and now I'm in their place or whatever this place is, it felt so new and cozy and I hate it. s**t happens and yeah I don't really care if I was really kidn*pped. "You" I flinched when I heared a voice. It was a man's voice and I could tell, it's deep and smooth like I could listen to it for a long time, he's inside the room with me. I looked at the dark corner and he chuckles. His voice and chuckle is giving me chills. I'm getting more nervous at this moment that I could not move my whole body, It was like I was paralized. "State your name!", I bravely ordered and again he chuckles. okay, this is getting scary "You're more beautiful upclose Artemis", he said. I was about to ask him when he suddenly goes ontop of me. I got surprised so I slapped him accidentally. I could clearly see his face and it was beautiful, he looks pale and his thin lips is so attractive. He had a deep brown eyes and a thick eyebrow. I thought he's hurt but his expressions tells otherwise. He looks angry, his eyes turns red and his fangs are sharp, he could rip me anytime. I want to scream but all I could do is open my mouth and can't utter a word. They're real!? "V-vampire?" , I finally spoke. " You killed my Brother!!", he screamed on my face. I don't know what he was saying, I don't understand. He looks scary now. Oh! please kill me now "I'm n-not what yo-you're looking for", I said in a shaky and terrified voice. I can feel a warm liquid falling down to the side of my eyes. I'm trying to move but he is ontop of me and he's too strong. I looked into his eyes, he seemed fragile and soft. I could tell that he is indeed angry but he cannot hide his emotions. But, I don't understand a thing. Why is he calling me Artemis? He stood up and laughed. He looks scary and strong. He's tall and white, he looks young and has well built body, I could tell. The muscles on his arms were flexed because of his fist. His glare looks intimidating. I never seen someone who looks as perfect as him, so handsome. "Get yourself ready Artemis, the pack is waiting for you", he said in a low tone. "Why are y-you calling me Artemis?", I asked him and he just looked at me with blank expression. "And I didn't killed your br-" "Say the word and you're dead", he said with anger. "Get dressed and then we'll go, your questions will be answered when we get there", he added. The way he speak is too cold. I don't like the idea of following his orders. They kidn*pped me for Pete's sake and I don't even know their names or his. "I am not Artemis, my name is Veeneus, and you and your friends kidn*pped me. Why would I follow your order?" "Follow orders or die? You choose" , He grinned. He left me being terrified inside the dark room. I stands up immediately then searched for an escape. He locked the door but the window is open. 'Perfect' I was taken aback when I saw how tall the building I was in. I felt hopeless and sat on the floor. The door suddenly opened and a beautiful lady came in with bags of things. She has two people accompanying her with different kinds of dresses. She scanned the room and sighed when she saw me. She walked slowly towards me. The way she moves is so smooth, slow and dangerous. "Get up Lady Artemis, we're getting you ready", she said and bowed. I'm so confused right now, Why are people suddenly calling me Artemis? Am not a goddes lol. " Woah!woah ", I exclaimed when she forcefully stood me up using her right hand, "Ouch!! Please let me go! " She let go of my arms, hand marks are visible on it. I glared at her and slightly massages the part where she held. "Who the f*ck is Artemis? I'm Veeneus!", I shouted on her face but she didn't react and pushed me to the bathroom. I'm shouting but they didn't care at all, I tried to escape but the woman is too strong, Am I that weak? I felt hopeless and weak. They guided me to the bath tub after taking off my clothes. Their bathroom is huge and elegant. It's bigger than my room with my own CR and couch. I sighed in disbelief. 'It was just a dream Vee' They bathed me with flower scented water with petals on it, they scrubbed my skin roughly making it look red and swell. I glared at the lady but she just sneered. I really can't remember what happened last night but one thing is for sure, they kidn*pped me. I don't know what they want and why they did this, they are just completely lose their minds if they think that I still had my father's 'Tresure',which I haven't seen in my whole life. "The pack is waiting for your incarnation", the other lady said and smiled at me. "It has been 500 years since you died and finally came back with different body and name" I can't belive what I just heard from her. I looked at her with confused expression, she just smiled and was about to grab my hair for treatment but I shrugged her hands lightly and I gave her a questioning look. "Okay first of all, Why did you bring me here? second, why are you all kept calling me Arthemis? My name is Vee and can you please tell me what's going on?", I'm really confused right now and I don't know why I'm still here. I should have ran away when I get a chance but that would be impossible if these people are all eyes on me. I tried to stand up but a strong hands garbbed my that results me to collapse on the tub. My back hits te tub and it made me scream in pain. I looked at the person who grabbed me and it was him! I also noticed that we are alone here, how did I not notice that they were gone!? I did not move and he bagan treating my hair. He did not speak a word and it is really awkward since he's a boy and I'm a lady. Isn't it inappropriate to be trapped inside the bathroom with a guy that you didn't know? "It's inappropriate, yes. But we are on a hurry and the maids can't bear your mouth and clumsyness" My eyes widen , how did he know what I was thinking? Does he read mind? "Yes, ma lady", he said and stood and went to the nearest sink and washed his hands and left me shookt. A moment after, the persons who is with me first came and I stood up taking the bathrobe they held me. I went to the mirror and looked at myself. I really changed a lot especially my face and body. It seemed like I did not eat for a decade to look this thin. It was like I could be blown by wind. I smiled when I thought of that thing.. Mom always told me that everytime I don't eat because I'm on a diet. ______________________________ I came outside the bathroom and saw three maids with two dresses on their hands as if they want me to pick one. I chose the simpler one and I think fits me most. It was a nude dress without print and it really looks casual and I like it. After I picked the dress, they marched towards the door and another three people came and brought three pair of heels. I chose the beige colored heel that I think would look good with the nude dress. I'm not really good at picking. Like the first three, they also marched and went outside the room and the beautiful lafy came with the medium sized box with her. She grabbed my hands and sits me on the mirror table. She opened the box and took the makeup inside. She looked at me and smiled. "You must be really really confused right now right? Your questions will be answered once we arrive", she smiled when my eyes met hers. She has a beautiful gray eyes and white teeth. She looks much more younger than me but she's taller._ "What's your name? ", I asked her while looking at myself on the mirror. She threw a gaze on me and smiled, for the second time. Why she so smiley!? "My name is Laura, I'm your sister in law-" "What!!?,sister in law? I'm not married! I don't remember marrying someone and please who amongst them paid you to kidnap me? Is it mike? Jhon? Leo? Elton?, I'm so over their dramas! ", I said and stood up. She looked at me and laughed a little. She's so tall and I can't level our eyes, I had to lean up to meet her gaze. "Aren't you gonna say anything!?", I shouted at her face. The door opened and two people came in and went straight to Laura, they whispered into her ears and she nodded. She seemed unhappy because of her reaction. She immediately took her things and went straight out of the door not throwing a gaze to me, it felt like I did wrong to her and had to apologize for that. The two people came towards me and chained my arms. I tried to resist but they're too strong. "Where are you taking me?" They did not answered and walked me out of the room. I got amazed by the luxurious halls and red carpet. I seemed like a palace inside but I thought it might be a class A floor. I walked uncomfortably with these two men accompanying me aggressively with my hand chained. I tried to move and resist but it won't do. I stopped resisting and walked with them quietly. We went inside the elevator and I was surprised when they pressed the last floor which is the 21st floor. I gathered my courage and asked them softly. "May I know where we're going? ", I asked and they never react nor move or even threw a gaze on me. Silence covered the small room and I got really confused and can't process everything that had happened to me awhile ago. Strange but I quite like it. Since I was a kid my mother told me stories about vampires and believed that they exist because of my father. He said that they're real and he worked with them and they're really thoughtful and a good friends so there's nothing to be afraid of. I looked at myself on the mirror, they really did a good job. Although my skin is still itchy, it is manageable and bearable. I really liked my dress and shoes, my hair is in a messy bun and it's really pretty. That Laura did a great job in doing my makeup, it's light and casual. I smiled in contentment. Ting! The elevator opened and the men unchained me. They didn't lead me the way, I am now walking with them at the back. It was like they were accompanying me as their master or leader lol. But honestly speaking these guys are beautiful in many ways. They could be model or vamps, I'm much convinced that they were one of those supernatural creatures. I laughed a little and continued walking to the door where probably the rooftop is. Speaking of rooftop, are we riding a chopper or they'll gonna kill me and toss me on the air and die when I reach the ground? "Open the door miss", I jumped when the other man spoke, he seemed so impatient so I quickly opened the door. I was expecting for a chopper but there's nothing here, only me and the other two men behind me, I faced them and gave them a questioning look. "What is going on? what are we gonna do here? there's no one here? " They did not answer me and utter unfamiliar words that gives me more confusion. They were like speaking and chant or latin words or something. Darkness and cold breeze began to cover the three of us, I walked closer to them and the darkness around us began to pull my hair upward so I held it down. The air along water is so cold, it felt like I bathed with an Iced water. I looked up to them but it looks like it's normal to them. The other one looked at me and smiled and said, "Welcome to the underworld ma lady" Darkness swallowed me and for the second time, I lost senses. ___________________________________________________ I woke up beside a fireplace and felt a slight pain on my neck. My sight was still blurry, all I can see is the light coming from the fire. It danced and It gives me joy seeing it. I moved my head and sat on the bed. The feeling here was heavier than the first room they put me. I can feel eyes and sharp gazes and strong forces that is making me weak. "Who's there!? " "Tell me what do you want from me? " One by one, they stepped forward there's five of them here including the girl who styled me earlier. They're all in poker face, they all look the same age as me well except the Laura girl. They look beautiful and elegant. The way they stan screams royalty to me. Like in the movies where Royals stands dramatically elegant with chest out and chin up. "You're here", the girl with red hair came towards me but the other girl with lighter red hair stopped her. "They're the members of the pack Lady Arthemis", said Laura. They all bowed their head a little and greeted me in a different language. "Your questions will be answered once the alpha came home", said the blone girl. I nodded and smiled slyly. "I'm Seveth", said the red hair girl "I'm Gloria", the light red hair girl. "Leticia", the blonde "Kasumi", said the other girl in the dark corner, I couldn't see her face intirely but she's pale and skinny. "And Laura" They told me random things and gave me their full names and they even have their mates. They kept talking to me untill someone called them to get out of the room because their alpha has returned. Someone came in wearing a surgical mask and injected something to me, I tried resisting but I'm weak. And for the third time, I passed out.
