April's POV
I watched as my mate tried to do battle with his inner Wolf. Archer was pushing to get through and Lucas was about to let him go. I looked at my captor, who was grinning insanely as Lucas did everything he could to fight to stay in control.
"Ben, if you want this to go your way you have to let me mind link Lucas"
"April? Do you think I'm a f*****g fool? There is no way I'm taking these cuffs off you!"
"If you want to see him suffer then you need his human form!" I prayed to the Moon Goddess that he would take my lead.
Ben gave a weak growl but slipped one cuff off of my hand. It took everything I had not to scream in agony. I took shallow breaths in between my teeth and kept thinking about my son.
