Lucas's POV
After briefing Charlie Elliot and Jordan there was nothing left to do but to arrest Liam. Every time I thought about it I felt physically sick. I knew he wasn't himself and that there was something "other worldly" going on but it didn't matter how much I kept telling myself that, I couldn't shake off the feeling of complete betrayal.
"Let's go." I said to the guys.
No one moved.
"Guy's I get it! It sucks and you can't believe it! But it's true, and when we get up there you will barely recognise him. I'm not sure what he'll say or do, but I don't want him hurt. And I don't want anyone to shift unless he does."
"No one is going to hurt the Beta" Charlie declared.
"Trust me if he's half as bad as he was earlier you'll want to."
