Lauren's POV
I followed Liam through the dining room and out into the grand hall.
"Where are we going Liam?"
"Upstairs to our room!" Liam said looking at me like I was simple. There was something in that look that didn't look right on his face.
"Lets go talk in Cole's office" I suggested.
"Oh fine, although I don't really know what your deal is"
He flounced off towards the office like a 14 year old having a teenage strop. He had never acted like this with me, it was like I had no importance at all.
I followed after him, I felt angry and hurt but I knew I had to keep my feelings in check. The woman child had told me to. It was so weird the whole adult child thing, I trusted that little girl about as much as I trusted a chucky doll!
