SILAS WAS glued at the doorway when he opened the door and found an unfamiliar man standing outside. He gave the young guest a quick once over. The boy looked like he’s around seventeen or eighteen years old, neatly dressed, and looked very polite when he smiled and nodded slightly to acknowledge his presence. He was tall for his age but the youthful look on his face easily gives away how old he is. His eyes, however, reflect cleverness that he rarely finds on young people like him. “Good morning. I hope I’m not catching you at a bad time,” he said very courteously. Silas wondered what could this boy be here for.
