“Funny, I didn’t know tour buses were allowed on such narrow residential streets,” Doug said. He looked off to his right and saw high walls that hid expensive homes from view, and on the left, grass and rocks and the sprawl of Hollywood just below. Then, at the crest of the road, the buses stopped. Another minute went by. “What are those buses doing up there?” Doug said anxiously, pounding the dashboard. He opened the door and got out. “What the hell are you doing, man?” Frank called. “I can make it faster on foot. Meet me up at the house. I can’t let Geoff get married without me.” Doug quickly read off the address from the invitation in his pocket and then took off at a run. Frank remained in the car, shaking his head.
