Chapter 1
The Maherson residence has been both grieving and happy for the past few days and there is no news coming out of their house that can be read by the public. Rumor has it that the daughter of the family's only son had a misfortune and no one knew what had happened over the past few years. They covered it up, said nothing and never even saw the only daughter leave the house.
All these years the girl seemed to be confined to the house, she who was supposed to be learning about the company and how to proceed there did not show herself at all. No one knew where she was, what had happened and so on. They really kept their mouths shut.

A doctor came out from inside the Maherson family's daughter's private room, then smiled at the tense faces of the Maherson family, before he finally sighed.
"Little Master Maherson's condition has improved, his fever has subsided and the wound on his leg has healed. Everything will return to normal, I will keep a close eye on how things are going."
There was a sigh of relief from everyone there. They were relieved, at least there was no problem whatsoever. The three people walked into the room and immediately saw their family's little son lying with a compress on his mother's bed.
"He's fine," said Senia, the mother of the young woman looking at her son. "He'll be better soon."
Aliana nodded slowly, her worried face showing her affection for the son who had been born without even a father by his side.
"I'm just scared, Mom. Han was fine but suddenly got sick from falling off his learning bike. It really worries me," she murmured as she exhaled softly.
Senia smiled, rubbed her shoulder and looked at her husband who was also smiling.
"Han will be fine."
Hansen Maherson was Aliana's son who wasn't even married yet. Yes, unmarried. Aliana was hiding the aftermath of a past tragedy, where five years earlier she had been framed by a jerk she had only known for a week.
She got pregnant a month after it happened, went through a traumatizing time with her family, and even gave birth alone without a husband. From then on, she never left her residence and only stayed inside while taking care of her child until she got this big.
"You rest, don't let yourself get sick. He is a little boy who is new to everything. He is curious about everything. That's why he rode a bicycle that didn't have a wheel attached with enthusiasm and ended up falling. Don't scold him because he was wrong, you were too when you were given a bicycle by Uncle. So all children have phases like this."
Aliana nodded slowly at that.
"Get some rest, hmmm? Mommy and Daddy are outside if you need anything."
Aliana nodded, smiling as her face looked better. When her parents and Uncle came out of her room, Aliana sighed at the sight of her daughter's sleeping face.
Small, handsome and adorable. Hansen was her son, no matter how he came to be. Although that man was a jerk, but his son was so innocent that she couldn't help but feel great affection in her heart for her little prince.
Moreover, the man who had framed her was no longer able to live a good life. He was locked up in prison for many years, for making the only daughter of the Maherson family have to experience this.
"Mommy loves you, Han. It's been five years and your presence in Mommy's life is a joy. Although, your father was a jerk." Aliana smiled, then wiped her tears and looked at her son's face who seemed relaxed in his sleep.
Getting up from her seat, Aliana stepped towards the window and opened the curtains. Afterwards, she held onto the small window railing and gazed into the distance.
All this time she was just here and staring into the distance. If it was said that she missed the outside atmosphere, she did. It was just that she didn't want to go out and get criticized by the public that her child was a person who didn't have a complete family.
She didn't want her son to be in danger if that happened. She was worried that if she let people know, Han would get bullied at school.
It was difficult, really complicated. She didn't know how to handle everything. Her son had no father, would be considered an illegitimate child for being born without complete parents.
Tears fell down her white, well-groomed cheeks. No one knew that she was always crying over her fate alone, no one to hug her, no one to comfort her. In front of her family, she always acted strong and strong so that her mother and father would not feel worried. Behind their backs, Aliana would pour out all her tight feelings.
"Will I still be able to find happiness after all this?" she asked as she wiped her tears, Aliana sighed for a while before finally turning around and climbing into bed.
She slept next to her son, gazing tenderly into his face despite her despair. Soon, her eyes grew heavy and she finally fell asleep next to her son who had turned over and slept on his side with his adorable face.

"Mommy..."
"Yes, dear. It's healed, your forehead isn't hot anymore." Aliana held her little prince on the bed as he woke up to Han smiling still with the compress on his forehead.
"Mommy..." he called again making Aliana raise her eyebrows.
"Why, what do you want?" she asked gently, making Han's face look up as she fiddled with the buttons on his mother's clothes.
"Han wants to go out, he's bored at home." Although it was a bit complicated to say the letter R, Han could still do it even though he was only four years old.
"Out?"
Han nodded as he looked up at her. "Yes, Mommy. Han is bored, wants to buy snacks and also toys at the supermarket. I saw on my phone that there are toys there. Can I?" he asked, leaving Aliana silent for a few moments.
"Mommy..." Han called again, making Aliana look down. "Can I? My head hurts when I stay at home. I'm bored..." she whined again making Aliana swallow and nod slowly.
"Okay, let's get ready first. Mommy will ask Grandpa and Grandma for permission before we go." Aliana said making Han smile widely.
"Really Mommy?"
"Yes." Aliana smiled, then gently rubbed her son's cheek. "Let's get ready."
"Yeaaay! I'm finally going out again after a few years at home. Let's get ready, Mom. I'm going to buy a lot of toys!" Han said excitedly, as he moved down from his mother's lap who had sighed softly and smiled after him.
Shuffling his steps, he felt confident about going out today. "Maybe it's time I came out after a few years. I want to see the outside world, how things are now."
