Romance in Big Sky Country

Chapter 12

All if the wedding preparations were completed.

Today was the big 20 week ultrasound. I am looking more pregnant as the days go by.

I was laying on the exam table as the technician put the gel on my stomach. She concentrated on the screen. Tapping away on buttons.

She furrowed her brows like she was confused.

"What is it Doctor?" Sawyer asked as he saw my worried expression.

"I'm not sure, but do you have the other ultrasound photos with you?"

Sawyer pulled them out of my purse and handed them over. She looked at all of them, then back to the screen.

"For some reason, your OB missed this in the other ultrasounds. You are having twins." She said.

"Wait what?" I asked stunned.

"Look here, I see a shadow of a second baby in your first ultrasound. That could've been mistaken for a glitch in the system. Baby number one is blocking the second baby in all of them, but now as I'm moving the wand I see two. It rarely happens, but I have seen cases like this." She smiled.

"Were going to have to buy an other crib." I commented to Sawyer.

"Already on it, I'm texting Jason now to get one." He smiled happily.

The tech printed the genders, and put them in an envelope. She looked at the heartbeats of both babies, we heard them and smiled. We looked at the toes. All twenty of them. We counted the twenty fingers. The faces looked perfect.

"They both have your nose," Sawyer smiled then kissed my forehead.

After we left the clinic I couldn't stop smiling. So what if the Doctor miss the second baby. I was happy either way. I was having twins and so was Phoenix.

"How does it happen that Phoenix and I are both having twins?" I asked. "In what universe does that happen?"

"I don't know, but I'm excited either way." Sawyer said then wrapped his arm around me. They can hear outside sounds now, so Sawyer and I both talk to them. It's pretty magical.

Jason ran up to me as we entered the house. He pulled me into a gentle hug. Sawyer handed him the envelope with the the information that he needs. Just a couple more days. I couldn't wait.

I walked out to Phoenix's pen and I stood next to her as I talked.

"This is it girl, you and I are both having twins. How strange is that?" I chuckled. She perked her ears up as she nuzzled my belly. "I know girl, I love them too."

Sawyer joined me shortly after.

"Jason and I got the second crib and bassinet put together. Are you excited about the wedding?" He asked as he closed the gate.

"I'm more than excited, I'm over the moon." I reached up to kiss him.

Later that day we were putting the final touches in the barn. The bouquets of artificial roses and sunflowers were tied to the barn posts by each stall. There's a twinkly fairy light back drop on the far end of the barn.

The wedding prep was completed. We will be doing a carriage ride with a team of white horses.

That was Sawyer's whole plan with the proposal and the wagon. It seats two plus the driver. Jason will be driving the team as Sawyer's and I snuggle closely in the wagon.

I smiled like a fool thinking about it. Sawyer looked at me and smiled back.

"I love it when you smile." He said quietly.

"I have a reason to." I leaned into him as we sat down on the couch.

"If we have two girls what will their names be?" Sawyer asked.

"How about Rose and Adeline?" I smiled cheerfully.

"Beautiful, " He smiled and rubbed my belly. "I was thinking Samuel and Luke for boys. What do you think?" I smiled and placed a kiss on his lips.

"Perfect," I looked into his eyes.

I remember the first time I saw him, and how my body wanted to feel his hands on me. Now I can't get enough.

I move to straddle his lap on the couch, I didn't care if Jason walked in right now. I was way to happy to even care. I loved this man so much.

I put Sawyer's face in my hands. I looked in his honey brown eyes.

"Alison," Sawyer whispered seductively. That threw me over the edge. I crashed my lips on his. The kiss became heated with passion and desire. Our mouths moved in a sychronized rhythm.

His tongue licked my lips for entrance I happily gave it to him. His hand pressed the small of my back, while his other hand held my head for support.

I was grinding my heat against his crotch. I felt his waist shift some because his jeans were becoming tight.

"We should move this upstairs," Sawyer groaned.

"I really don't want to move," I moaned capturing his lips once more. He picked me up, I wrapped my legs around his waist, as his hands held my butt firmly.

He carried me to the bedroom, had gently laid me down on the bed.

"Strip for me," I said seductively. He started with his shirt slowly undoing button by button. I was losing my self control very fast.

He was taking his sweet time. He stared into my eyes as he undoing his belt. He turned to shake his ass at me. I smacked it. He glared at me, but had a seductive smile on his lips.

I stood up and pulled him into me.

"I'm done with this, I need you now." He took the hint and moved his lips down my neck to my chest.

He carefully took my shirt off, and moved his hands to my breasts. I was weak in the knees. He gently pushed me back down on the bed. He pulled my pants off kissing lower and lower. My breath hitched when his lips landed on my stomach.

"You're so beautiful," he whispered quietly I almost missed it, but I smiled. I grabbed his hair and pulled him back up to me.

"And you're handsome," I smiled. His lips landed on mine. He placed the tip of his shaft at my entrance. He slowly entered me.

He made sure that his weight was off of my stomach, but that made getting close to him hard.

He started to thrust deeper into me. His mouth was sending a blazing fire to my core.

"Oh God, Sawyer. I'm coming." I moaned. He groaned as I pulsed around him. I was seeing stars, by the time he came inside of me.

"Oh my God, Alison. You're amazing." He breathed quietly into my ear as he collapsed beside me.

I turned over to face him. I propped myself up on my elbow, and rested my free and in his chest.

"I think I should be the one to say that," I smiled and kissed his bare chest.

We layed in bed for a while. Sawyer tells me about the Halloween tradition here.

"Every year the town gathers for a huge costume party. There's drinks, games, and even music. I was thinking if you'd want to go we can do a couple's theme. What do you say?" He asked hopeful.

"It sounds like a lot of fun." I smiled brightly "I'll be almost 25 weeks pregnant and huge. I don't know if we'd be able to find something to fit me."

"We'll think of something." He kissed my forehead then we watched movies after we had dinner.
