Spring went by quickly. Sawyer has been teaching me to ride. Phoenix has been running around in the pasture with the Colts. They're getting so big even at 3 months old.
Sawyer and Jason are getting them used to a halter. Lighting is the gentler one of the two. Thunder on the other hand has a lot of strength behind him.
I walked up to the fence where Phoenix was grazing. She ran over to me.
"Hey girl," I said as I entered her pasture. Phoenix put her head down to my chest and leaned against me lightly.
Sawyer came out of the house with the stroller. Phoenix perked up.
"Want to see the girls, Phoenix?" I asked her, and she tossed her head in the air and bobbed it with a nicker. I laughed. "Alright, hold your horses." I grabbed her lead rope off of the gate with her halter.
