I was taking my lunch break when I realized that I was daydreaming about Jay Johnson. The way he touched me and kissed me... Pure bliss.. But he left and I am stuck here with all this paperwork. Which is fine. I love to stay busy, but what he showed me about s*x is it's not just called fucking..

I got done with my last bit of tax information. So I closed up for the day. I get a sense of someone watching me when I look around. This place is all black inside.. Black walls, black baseboard, appliances.. Everything was so clean and shiny. I headed for the elevator when I get a text from the downstairs attandant that there is a disgruntled employee downstairs. If I could come and help her would help immensely.

When I arrived in the lobby, I saw a woman that looked fairly familiar. I heard the front attendant say "Alicia, you need to leave before I call the police. Mr. Johnson isn't in town..." Alicia laughs out loud, interrupting her, saying "Really? Who did he trust his business to?"

I decide to put my two senses in now "Hello I am Ms. Perez, how may I help you?" She looks at me and comes real close to me, her breath smells like hard liquor. "Sooo Are you the one he left in control?" I back up to get in my defensive stance and I calmly reply "Ma'am is there anything I can help you with? Do you need a room or money?"

That seemed to piss her off and she lunged at me. Before I could show any of my skills, the guard comes and reprimands her before she could get to me. Her hair is dirty like she hasn't bathed in a while and her eyes are red as blood. "f**k you b***h, you will see. He may seem interested, but he will not ever give himself to you. Leave now before you loose your sanity. I am just waiting for you to see!" I didn't seem to be intrigued by what she had to say any further, so I gave the guards the signal to drag her off kicking and screaming.

I turned to the front attendant and it was not the girl I like, who was Jana, but Rachael. She had always given me those jealous eyes. Then I turned my attention to the guests and calmed everyone down. "Everyone, my apologies for the dramatic event that just occurred. If anyone would like to head to the bar and help themselves to a calm me down, it is on the house. I apologize you had to witness that horrid display."

The guests were shocked in one spot, but then started for the bar. I even needed a drink after that horrid event. I started for the bar, but Rachael called out to me. I stopped in my tracks and made a about-face to her. By the way, her big eyes are. I know she is surprised I did that in heels.. Yea b***h, you don't know me... I get to where she is and I ask in the sweetest voice "How can I help Ms. Rachael?" She seemed to be speechless for a moment but then recovered herself. "Aw yes Ms. Perez, I just wanted to let you know I was doing my best to tell her to leave but she wouldn't listen. She just kept on ranting on and on about Mr. Johnson being a user and a woman beater."I replied in a calm tone "It is okay. I heard and saw everything I heard you tell her. If she didn't leave, you would call the police. What would have been the simpler thing to do, Ms. Rachael?" She looks down and replies "Give the signal to the guards not to allow her in."

I shook my head, yes with a big smile as if I am so f*****g proud she got that answer right.. But if she knew this, why would she allow her to enter in the first place?

I said in a friendly tone "Okay, next time please follow through with procedure. Our guests don't pay to see drama like that. Thank you for your efforts though. If you need anything else, you know how to contact me."

She nods her head and replies "Yes ma'am." I turn around feeling like I may have gotten through to Ms. Rachael, but that fact is still unknown at this point. I head for the bar and our guests are enjoying their drinks, gossiping about today's events. I sit at the bar and the bartender asks "What'll you have?"

I asked for a straight shot of vodka. The bartender smiles as I take my shot and then says "You are a lot nicer than the last PA." My eyes shot up to his surprise. He laughs and handles another guest. I will talk with him later about that. I handle the tab and I head home. I couldn't believe after what happened last night he would just act like nothing happened, and the fact that those thoughts are still lingering inside my head means it wasn't just a one-night stand.. It was something else..

Maybe I was wrong about him, but the way he touched me.. The way he made me feel... I couldn't help it. But I needed to stop worrying about that and stick to doing my job. He didn't hire me to be his mistress, he hired me to get his financials in order and help him with his businesses. I am done getting this place in order. Let's see what else will come my way..

When I get home I am completely drained. I didn't even realize there was a big white teddy bear sitting on my couch. I head straight to my room and don't even bother to undress. At least I completed all the tasks he had given me and dealt with a little bit of drama. I say all in all, it was a good day at work.

I slowly slip into an abyss since I don't have dreams anymore. I only dream of my past nightmares and that is enough to scare any human away. I just keep it all bottled up and keep moving forward to see what I become in this world. I sent a quick text to Jay 'All the work is completed and I have got the pleasure of seeing you old PA again. What a joy to be around.. Just kidding... Anything else you need, please text as I am not able to talk. I am sleeping. Have a safe night Sir.' I put my phone to the side and fell fast asleep.

I started to see his sweet blue eyes and the way he caressed me. I get lost in his love until I see Jerry, my old lover. He is a vampire and very vindictive. My heart started beating even faster when I saw he was behind Jay.. My throat is closed off and there is no way for me to warn him. I heard Jerry's voice 'If I can't have you, no one will, trust me, I will make sure of it. If we should ever part and I find you with someone else, I will kill him in front of you slowly, then I will kill you'

I woke up with a jolt and fell off the bed. I guess my subconscious told my body to run because I was on my feet like I was about to run a marathon. I fell to the floor and told myself "Don't give up Susana, you know he can't find you, so no need to be afraid." I thought to myself, s**t, even if he did find me I am ready for him. I am not scared of him, just of what he will do to the people that I have grown close to. I didn't understand what happened between me and Jay that night, and when I woke up by myself, I chalked it up to a one-night stand and he would let me go the next day. Instead, he leaves and entrusts me with his business. I know it isn't his only line of ownership based on his property taxes.

I look at the clock and it is three in the morning, and I am wide awake. I check my phone for any messages and just the regular from my mother trying to get me to come back home. I told her before I would not return with or without her money, I would find my own way. She gave me thirty thousand and that was the only way she would let me leave.. It started off at five dollars... Yea my mother...That is another story. My wolf's hand is screaming he is ours, but how? He is a human... How could he be the one that is supposed to be able to handle me? My witch side says he has something inside him he hasn't picked up on, and a past that isn't quite tied up yet. I can feel it in his soul how the pain lingers on and on and on...

I decide to get up and do my stretches and my twenty daily push ups, sit ups, squats, and leg ups. What a great way to get him off my mind, but it doesn't always last as long as I wish. I jump in the shower and rethink my strategy for this position, because I really do enjoy working there. Maybe because he hasn't been around much to tell me much, he just assigned me the tasks and I execute it.

Then my mind starts to linger about that one crazy night or 'one night stand'... Just the way he caressed me as he f****d me softly turned me on more than Jerry any day. So why is he not in my interests? Well, he is human, simple as that. My father, Jacob, always told me before he passed 'My sweet princess, what is the first rule of our kind?' I replied 'Don't ever mix breeds with humans.'

My thoughts are interrupted by my text message tone 'Dude Look Like A Lady...' I smile and know it is from Jay. 'I am heading back into town today, I will be there in about six hours. I went over all of your work and there are some discrepancies that we need to go over. Please take off this morning and come in at five tonight'. I go over everything in my head and I can't even think of what I could have done wrong. I headed to this cafe called Good Day Cafe that Jay and I passed that night... When we walked each other to our mistake. I keep saying it was a mistake because I know it isn't right, but my loins tell me a whole different story.

I walked into the cafe and it was still early. They were barely making black coffee. A young man came to the counter. "Ma'am, we are closed right now. We don't have anything ready right now." I laughed and replied "No worries, I just wanted a blue berry muffin and I can make my own shake and still pay for it all. I just can't sleep right now and I can't seem to put myself to sleep, so if you don't mind I would really appreciate it." I smile and I can feel the desperation that is plastered there.

I see he takes pity and replies "Okay, but promise me you will clean what you make, and I will give you half off from you putting in the labor." I smile and replied "Thank you and I will pay full price, but thank you for the thought. I am the one intruding on you." He raises up his hands as if he is saying he gives up and I win. He says "By the way, my name is Mario Cortez, I am the owner's son. Don't get me in trouble with my parents if they should walk in. Just act as if your new hire here." I laugh and reply "I will be quick." I head to the back and I knew exactly where everything is with my witch senses, and I am grateful.

Ten minutes passed and I was already done cleaning and just as I was about to go, I heard voices at the front door. Mario says loudly "Oh mama everything is done, please don't worry." I grab my things and run out the back door. I bolted to my house, which thankfully isn't that far. When I got home, I just laughed because it was actually fun. I look at the time and it was five in the morning. Okay, I am going to get ready and I will just stick to work. If Jay was going to bring anything up about that night then would he have been right? Either way, I wasn't bringing anything up until he did.
