Eric was not afraid of the red intimidating eyes nor the suspicious look in her face rather the reason why Eric froze standing in front of a sharp pair of eyes, white long hair and pale skin was that Princess Setsuna asuno was no other than the complete a doppelganger replica of his girlfriend on earth who died in his arms name Catherine. Eric couldn’t hold back the water droplets from his eyes as her face triggers part of his memory about a girl who he loved with all his heart. He could remember how much they loved each other in both hard time and good time, Catherine’s father was an irresponsible man who married three wife's, her mother died giving birth to her and later , at a very young age her father died and her step mothers kicked her out. She lived from trash bin and dirt, begging and living under the bridge until we met.
After my power went out of control and killed Nana, I fear I will go rampage and decide to jump of a river bridge, life was unfair. I had almost jump when she held me, and rammed aggressive beating to me until I fainted and told me I had no excuse to died. I learnt of Catherine’s past and I decide to battle through any tough situation, Catherine and I became friends from that day, we lived a sweet and rough life.
I had a part time job and so she did and through that, we sponsored each other through school with dreams and hope to get married at the end of our college days, however things turn sideways, when that woman who tried to capture me appeared and I found out that I was the key and because of her.
I lost Catherine, she died protecting me from those monsters. I guess this was the gift my father said he gave me. Setsuna's doppelganger in another Catherine who lived in another world.
"Princess", Eric gazed at the princess with clear determination and resolve in his eyes

"After, the battle against the hooded men, a few knight survived and when will got to the palace. We saw things had turn for worse and we had no choice to plan, infiltrating the ranks of the royal guard. The other knight plan to save you on the day of tournament, So be ready, Princess".
