It was mid-afternoon by the time Liam found a pond. He had never been so grateful to see a body of water before. His body ached with the relentless surge of power and the tireless trekking he’d been doing that way. Liam looked around first. The small pond was at the side of the city, secluded and peaceful. It would have been an attraction site if the water could just be clean and not have algae in it. Liam did not care about the algae.
