Chapter 1.13

Kathleen Remes’ POV

Kai smashed his lips on mine as I was about to get away from him. And when he did that, all my sane thoughts were gone. I don’t know what he did to me, but to be able to make me forget must be a gift from God.

“Kai, oh my God!” I moaned as he kissed my jaw and neck. I didn’t know what to do, but I snaked my hands around his neck. His signature cologne was penetrating my nostrils as I took a deep breath as my chest rose and fell.

“Yes, my dear?” He whispered before he kissed the hollow space between my neck and shoulder.

“What are you doing to me?” I whispered back as I was trying to get my feet to be strong from his seduction. He chuckled as he caressed my cheeks and I looked at him.

“Well, you know what was bound to happen and yet,” he said as he held me in place as I looked into his sea-green orbs, “You’re still trying to deny the attraction between us,” he said before claiming my mouth again and again. I stepped backwards for a while before my legs hit the bed.

I landed on the bed and he was smirking at me. I was in a daze. He took off his towel before he went to the zippers of my dress. I was speechless to do anything. I wanted him as much as he wanted me.

“Katherine,” he said, that made me stop my action.

“What did you just call me?” I asked, trying to contain my anger from the inside.

“You are trying to be Katherine, hence, I call you by that name,” he said as he was on top of me. My dress was not fully off from my body. I scoffed before I pushed him aside and got out of bed, fully clothed, whereas Kai was left in his naked glory.

“Is that all you see me for?” I asked him as I turned to look at him. He was arching his eyebrows at me.

I grunted before I went inside the bathroom and locked the door. I slid down to the floor before I put my face in my hands. I needed to think straight, not about his seduction and charms. Even though he was my husband, that didn’t mean that I have his heart just yet.

“Kathleen, I’m sorry,” he said as he knocked on the door.

“Go away,” I said as I was getting off of my dress and hitting the tub. I was sitting in the tub for as long as I can remember when I was thinking about my life, my sister, my revenge, my marriage. Everything will crumble if I don’t set it right away tonight.

I got up from the tub when my hands were pruned and I drained the water before wrapping myself in a towel. I went to the counter and I looked in the mirror. This was it. This was the moment that would change everything. I took a deep breath before I went to unlock the door and I stood there in the bathroom light.

“Kathleen, I’m sorry,” Kai said as he went to stand in front of me. I kept my stoic face as I didn’t want him to think that I was vulnerable.

“Well, if you are, then you better get on with it,” I said before I pulled the towel off my body and I could see that Kai was gulping under the sight of my body in front of him.

“If we do this, there’s no going back.” He said as he looked at me. I locked my eyes with him.

“So be it,” I said before he cleared my mouth like he f*****g owned it.

Kai Virtanen’s POV

Oh. My. God.

Kathleen’s lips were the best feeling and taste ever when I claimed her. She was standing naked under my sight and I cannot bear to look at anyone else now. I took in every curve that she had, her eyes were shining under the dim light. The eyes of Remes. It took my breath away.

“Are you sure about this, Kathleen?” I asked one last time as my hands lingered around her waist.

“If you don’t stop talking, I might be losing interest in you now,” she whispered before I scooped her up and she kissed me. I went to bed and laid her down as I was busy kissing, more like f*****g, her mouth. I was trying to gain entry and she gave permission eagerly.

“Hmm,” she moaned before she pulled on my hair. I was trying to control the beast in me and didn’t care what my head said at the moment. I just needed her, I wanted her.

I needed my Kathleen.

“Spread your legs, my love,” I said, and she spread them. I snaked my hand on her stomach and her thigh before resting it on her core. She was wet, inviting, and moist. She was ready for me.

“I’m not and I just want to tease you a little more,” I said before I kissed her squarely on the lips. She happily responded to it and when she was distracted by it, I went on slamming inside her core. She gasped.

“Kathleen, Kathleen, I’m sorry. I don’t know any better,” I said as I looked at her face. She was closing her eyes but I could see a single tear coming out of her eyes. I kissed it away, but it will never take the pain away that I caused her first time.

“It’s fine. After all, you think I was a bad princess, do you know?” She said as she looked at me and, for the first time, I saw emotions in her beautiful maroon eyes, like her sister, but it was a different feeling. It was like I looked directly into her soul at that moment.

“If you have told me—“

“You will not be pleased then. I don’t want to taint my bad reputation because I am a virgin,” she said as she challenged me to take this matter any further.

“Forgive me,” I said before I kissed her lips. I moved a little bit at a time as I wanted her unused muscles to get used to my length.

“Does it still hurt?” I asked as I looked at her. She was staring at me before she pulled my head closer to her and kissed my lips.

“If you don’t start doing what you intended to do, I will kill you,” she said and before that, I moved in and out of her. She was matching my rhythm as she knew me. I was getting deeper, f, faster, and grunting as I was building my climax. I know Kathleen as well.

“Come with me, my love,” I said as I looked at her. She was closing her eyes as she was panting at me.

The sunlight was penetrating the French door that was illuminating with morning rays. I don’t know what time it was when we finally got some decent sleep. I tell you, Kathleen Remes was not a person that could be satisfied easily.

I looked at her angelic face when she was sleeping. There was not a trace of the bad princess when she was asleep. When we first slept together in her castle, I never saw her in this setting as I was so concerned about Katherine.

And I think it might not be the case anymore.
