Arrive at the office and check my phone messages; discouraging, no messages of any importance. Make a few return calls and its near noon. Mrs. Rosales will be coming in shortly.
The receptionist calls me and says I have a visitor. I know it’s Mrs. Rosales.
I meet her in the reception area of the newspaper building and we chat briefly. She then agrees to ride with me to the coroner’s office a few blocks away.
As we enter the coroner"s office, Doc Pearis meets us and inquires regarding our visit. I explain that Mrs. Rosales has a missing daughter and it might possibly be our unidentified teenage body.
