“Are you going to liven up this morning,” Adam said, grabbing my arms and lifting them in the air, giving them a good shake.
“I would if someone would stop pounding on my door at 5 in the morning,” I yanked my arms out of his grip and glared up at him.
“You’d said get you up early so we can go for a run before you showed Keyla a few self defense moves”
“I never said that at all,” I looked over at Miles who seemed to be off in his own little world, “you doing alright?” I patted his shoulder.
