Ryan The last couple of days here were more trouble than they were worth. I didn’t even see the point of trying to talk with Ezra. His adamant refusal to help was more than I could take. The best thing to do before k ripped his head off was be around Casey, but even that was enough to exhaust me. Keeping her safe was proving difficult when she would stay where I told her to. In the end it was her who had convinced or threatened Ezra into helping us. I was still trying to figure out why she had been so taken with Keyla. This was the first friendship she has made that was with a girl, but why a human? The only explanation I could think of was because Casey, who was an outcast in her pack for so long, was able to relate to her on a certain level and it was likely that she was less threatene
