Her Revengeful King

LYDIA'S POV

     "After Sam dropped me off I entered the company headed to my office to prepare his today's schedule. I finished it and made my way to his office as I knocked at his door."

Come right in." He said.

"Good morning sir."

"Good morning."

"Today is quite free for you since you have just a single meeting which is with Mr Adams and that will be at eleven a.m."

"That's great Lydia."He said that with a mischievous smirk playing on his face as I began thinking what he is planning and  if possible up too. so I decided to leave before anything happens."

"If you will please excuse me sir I will be at my desk." I said but there goes my luck when he spoke again.

"Wait Lydia." He got up from where he was sitting and strolled towards me still having that mischievous smirk on. The more he got close, the more I stepped behind and finally hitting the wall meaning there is no escaping. He trapped me in between the wall and his arms looking deep into my eyes. I became scared and confused."

"So tell me Lydia....is your boyfriend hotter than I am." He suddenly asked

"Huh...I...i....i can't answer that." His question shocked me and made me so uncomfortable.

"Ohh really? Saying that he came closer with his face inhaling my scent while giving me little kisses down my collar bone. Those kisses sends shiver down my spine and makes me weak.

"Ummm si....si...sir." I stutters as a little moan escaped my mouth. Ooh stupid me I can't even control myself for I just made him know am affected by all what he is doing but you are affected right? oh shut the f**k up that's me and my thoughts."

"Yes Lydia tell me, do my kisses make you weak does it? Does his makes you feel the same way mine does ummm?" He continued showering me with kisses slowly but seductively as he now focused on my lips ohh goodness those lips I've been waiting to taste them like for ever. Is he going to kiss me before I could even say a word he crashed his lips on mine. At first I didn't respond but as he continued I kissed back as he ask for entrance which I gladly granted. The kiss was slow and passionate at the start but later on it became a heated kiss. We kissed for God knows how long before we both pull apart breathing heavily. Damn his lips are incredible I could kiss them for ever." He kept staring at me which made me shy as I couldn't look him in the eye."

" I..I..need to go." I stutter again.

"Ummm am sorry I didn't mean for it to happen."

"It's okay I know it was a mistake there was no need robbing it in." With that I left in a hurry as the tears flowed thus started regretting kissing him back  in the first place. What was I even thinking? That he can fall for a girl like me?....I got  into my office and cried my eyes out. I later calmed down as I headed to the wash room to clean up myself. The day went on just fine and his meeting with Mr Adams was a success. It was lunch time when someone showed up in my Petit office. Guess who it was.... I got up giving him a hug after which he sat down."

"What are you doing here handsome?"

"Am here to take my one and only best friend out for lunch."

"Awww isn't he the sweetest thing." We both burst into laughter before my door flew open reaviling my boss who looked like he's just seen a ghost."

"Sir do you need anything?

"No I don't." 

"Okay....is it okay with you if I have my lunch now?

"You can." With that he Left my office as if he is upset about something.

"What's wrong with him?

"I don't know I shrugged as I gather my things."

"Seems like your "boss" doesn't like me."

"He doesn't like me either. Let's go." We headed for  lunch at veinna as usual.

"So how is Lily it's been long I've seen her."

"Trust me when I say I do not have an idea of her whereabouts."

"Hmm you two haven't still work things out I guess."

"We are the impossible twins she is too different from me so there is no way we will work things out.'

"Beautiful she is your sister you can't stay that way forever."

"Sam when she becomes a better person then maybe just maybe we will act like sisters."

"If you say so. So when are you planning on introducing Rica to me?

"Awwww someone is getting impatient." That made him smile

"Not that I just wanna know who almost took my place."

"Soon handsome soon. She traveled to Yaounde but will be back this weekend."

"Okay. Can I ask you something beautiful?

"Of course shoot."

"How long has it been going on? 

"How long has what been going on??? I asked confused cuz I don't know what he is talking about."

"Your feelings for your boss." My head immediately dropped. How did he know for I thought I was good at hiding it.

"What feelings are talking about? I tried concentrating on my meal to avoid his eyes.

"You know you can't hide anything from me right....I know you much more than you know yourself remember?.

"Okay fine it all started in the US but it's useless thou. I said feeling sad about the truth which is he will never feel the same."

"Tell me about it beautiful." He said holding my hand across the table as he gently massage my knuckles.

"He hates me Sam. Ever since I got that job he has been treating me like trash. But as we traveled he became sweet sometimes then the next minutes he is cruel. He switches within minutes I don't know what to do Sam he is the first guy to capture my heart I just let the wrong guy steal my heart."

" I couldn't hold the tears no more so just let them flow.  Sam came over as he hugged me shushing me not to cry."

"But you know I don't think same." Hearing that I immediately looked at him with my red and puffy eyes.

"What do you mean?"

"Am saying that, I think he feels something for you."

"Come on Sam he doesn't and he will never."

"Okay look at the situations for instance. Remember when you came back at the airport, can you remember the way he acted? Then again just now at your office didn't you see the way he looked at me I saw jealousy in his eyes."

"You may be right but I don't know. We kissed the other day."

"You what? I became shy as I started figiting with my finger nails."

" Yes we did but he said it was a mistake and that he is sorry. So now tell me if he is interested why would he call the passionate kiss we share a mistake."

"Look here beautiful us men have a way of doing things and him saying it's a mistake doesn't mean he feels nothing for you cuz if he didn't, he wouldn't have kissed you and passionately too so stop over thinking things okay....?

"Okay I will try.

"But I've a plan to make him begged for you. Saying that he smiled making me smile back."

"And that is?

"Change your wardrobe in fact this weekend, we are going shopping."

"Wait are you implying what am thinking? 

"So what do you think baby girl?

"OMG Sam you are evil. We both started laughing. Do you know he even think we are a couple?

"Then it will just be perfect for the plan. Now eat up so I can drop you back at your office."
