I thanked the staff before leaving the store. My head started to ache each time I finished a conversation. It’s confirmed that Liam or someone with him is erasing their tracks from that day. It was frustrating to see the people’s confused reactions whenever they realized that something was missing. I also experienced the same. I just knew that it was him, but I barely remember anything!
There was a big patch of memory missing in that short span of time. Deep inside, I knew I should remember something very important, but every time I tried to remember, it was just a huge blank. Caleb told me not to struggle to remember anymore, but I couldn’t help it.
We need to know who Liam was, not only to solve the case, but also for the sake of my sanity.
