*  There were six men in total, each of them drenched completely as they stood around the tent in a close circle. A cold wind blew past them, causing the torches to flicker but not die out. The leader took a step forward, eyeing the old man suspiciously. He was a large and thickset man, with a heavy moustache which covered his entire upper lip, and thick eyelashes which arched upward in an irritated manner. He towered above the other men, with the shortest among them being nearly a foot shorter than he was.  "Sorry to disturb you," he said, peering closely at him.  "It's not qa problem, my good man," the old man wheezed. "Not a problem at all."  "Forgive me for asking, but who might you be?" he asked.  "Why, I am a traveller, just like yourself," he said with a halfhearted chuckle.
