Chapter 14.

[Sams POV].

I woke up with Freyas hair in my face, it was tickling my nose.

But I didn't mind, I pushed my face into her hair and inhaled her beautiful scent and she rolled over.

"Good morning my love" I said.

"Good morning" she smiled.

"What time is it?"

I grabbed my phone and looked at the time.

"It's 6"

"Ugh we should get up and get ready for training, but I'm so comfortable I don't want to move"

"I know my love me too, but you said we'd be there so come on" I stood up and started pulling her out the bed while she giggled.

When I finally managed to pull Freya out of bed we got changed quick and made our way downstairs.

James, Kyle and Dean were waiting for us.

"Good morning lovebirds, it's about time" James said.

"we're early what are you talking about?" I said.

"I'm joking, come on let's get a move on"

"Hey Frey, we got a couple new pack members last week. I can't wait to see them underestimate you and for you to kick their asses" Kyle said.

"Kyle you are the Beta and the head trainer, you can't talk about pack members like that"James rolled his eyes.

"Hey it's all jokes" he replied and put his hands up.

We made it to the training grounds and the pack members were already here, there was about 70 to 75 pack members here.

James and Kyle made their way around to the front and gestured for me, Freya and Dean to join them at the front.

"Good morning everyone!" James said.

"Good morning Alpha!" the pack replied in unison.

"As most of you know, Freya our Betas sister is visiting from White Moon. She is now a Luna and you will address her as such do you understand?"

"Yes Alpha!"

"Now this is Freyas mate Alpha Sam" the pack bowed.

"And this is his Beta Dean... Now that the pleasantries are out the way let's get started!" He clapped his hands and Kyle stepped forward.

"Good morning everyone!"

"Good morning Beta!"

"Today's morning training will be a bit different, I have been speaking to Beta Dean and decided to up our training a bit"

You could hear the approval from the pack members, they obviously thought they needed a bit more of a challenge.

"Ok then so we will start as usual with a slow run around the pack, when we get back we will be doing some warm ups. 50 lunges, 50 mountain climbers and 50 burpees. Then it will be 50 push-ups, 50 sit ups and 50 jumping squats and then as always sparring. Ok? let's go!"

The pack members seemed exited about this new workout plan, we started the slow run.

James, Kyle and Dean were at the front and me and Freya stayed at the back to make sure no one was falling behind.

We made it back to the training grounds with no problems and started the warm ups, about halfway through I looked over at Freya.

"You don't seem to be having a problem with this at all. You're not even breaking a sweat" I said.

"I know! I guess training at your pack for the past couple of weeks has paid off" she smiled at me.

"Ok everyone time for sparring" Kyle smirked.

"So... Who wants to take on Freya!?.. Anyone?"

I looked around at the pack members and saw that most of them were shaking their heads and then one guy lifted his hand.

"Ah Calum come on up"

"He's one of the new members so try and take it easy on him" Kyle whispered to Freya and winked at her and she smirked at him.

Freya stepped forward and Kyle stepped back.

"Watch this" he said nudging me.

They circled eachother but Freya wasn't even in a fighting stance, she was just walking. Calum was crouched with his arms out, he lunged at her and she just stepped to the side. He nearly tripped but he stopped himself, he turned around and lunged at her again and got his arms around her waist but she didn't budge.

Freya elbowed him in the back which made him loosen his grip and then kicked her leg out and swept his feet from under him and he landed flat on his back.

"oooohhh" the pack members cringed. That should have been it seeming as Freya got him on the ground but when her back was turned he jumped back up and tried to get her from behind.

But before he could even do anything Freya threw her elbow back, I'm pretty sure she broke his nose.

"YOU f*****g b***h!" Calum yelled.

And then I heard bones cracking, this motherfucker was shifting! How dare he! I will rip his f*****g head off!

Me, James, Kyle and Dean all roared at the same time, but he'd already shifted. He jumped in the air I was about to run to Freya but what I saw shocked me.

"Freya! What the f**k!?" I heard Ashleigh, where the hell did she come from?

I looked back at Freya and everyone was looking on in shock, she had caught Calums wolf by the throat and was holding him there. Calums wolf was bigger than Freya so his feet were still touching the floor and he was kicking and trying to break free, but it didn't work.

James stomped over to them.

"Calum! Shift back now!" He shouted in his Alpha voice and Calum obeyed and someone handed him a pair of shorts.

"What the f**k were you thinking!?"

Calum just hung his head.

"Attacking a f*****g Luna? Are you stupid? You do know that is punishable by death!"

Calums head shot up and he looked at Freya, I growled at him.

"James, calm down. Things just got a bit out of hand it's alright" Freya said.

"Apologise to the Luna now!" James said.

"I am so sorry Luna, I let my anger get the best of me. I am so so sorry" he said he was on his knees infront of her.

"Now apologise to her Alpha, you're lucky I got to you before he did"

He came over to me.

"I am so sorry Alpha" he said and bowed, I looked at Freya and she nodded her head.

"You are very lucky my Luna is so kind, if you ever do anything like that again... I will rip your head off. Do you understand?" I said while looking him dead in the eyes, he gulped and nodded.

"Right everyone I think that's enough excitement for today, everyone go home!" Kyle said.

"Sam I would like to also apologise to you, Calum is young and hot headed. But he should not have tried to attack Freya with his wolf" James said to me.

"Hey don't worry about it, it's not your fault. Maybe just give him a little help and a nudge in the right direction" he nodded at me.

"Freya! That was impressive little sis, how did you do that? His wolf is like twice your size" Kyle said slapping Freya on the back.

"Strong wolf remember?" Freya said rolling her eyes.

"I'm proud of you" I said to her and she smiled at me.

"Also it was kind of you to take it so easy on him, what James said is true. Attacking a Luna is punishable by death"

"Like James said, he's young. But if it was one of our pack members I'd definitely want you to punish them, that's just blatant disrespect"

My heart felt full when she said 'our pack members'.

"come on, let's go get showered. I stink" she giggled at me.

"What do you want to do today?" I asked her.

"Hmm I definitely want to spend some time with my mum and dad cause I don't know when I'll see them next after today" she frowned a little so I gave her a hug.

"Ew you do stink" she said and tried to push me away, but I just held her tighter and laughed. I was laughing so hard that I lost my hold on her and she pushed me back and I landed on the floor, I faked the most dramatic gasp I could and put my hand to my mouth.

"Did you just attack your Alpha?" Now Freya was laughing hard, she put her hand out to help me up but instead I pulled her down and started tickling her.

"Ah no! Sam! Stop it!" she screamed.

"Oh would you look at that, the most powerful wolf in the world taken down by some tickles" I shook my head and did a tsk tsk tsk.

She gave me a dirty look and I laughed at her.

"Guys what are you doing on the floor?" Dean said walking over to us with Ashleigh.

"Freya attacked me so I was just teaching her a lesson" I said winking at Freya who rolled her eyes.

I stood up and pulled Freya up.

"Anyway i just wanted to let you know Ashleighs mum made some breakfast for me so I'll be there " Dean said.

I looked down at Freya and it looked like she was speaking to Ashleigh through mindlink.

"No worries, we'll see you later then" I said and nodded and they walked away.

"Poor Ashleigh, she said she was freaking out when she saw Calums wolf coming at me, I told her I was fine and explained what happened" Freya said.

"She's a good friend" I smiled at her.

"Right let's go have a shower and get breakfast"

"Yes I'm staaaarving!" Freya replied, this girl loved her food.
