Were back inside the pack borders, me and Scarlett been inseparable since I stopped her from jumping off that ledge, she knew that I was serious. I had no life if she wasn’t in it, and a part of me was happy that she finally got that I didn’t care what had happened, sure I was angry and upset, but then again, I wasn’t the f*****g robot everyone said I was, she was still my mate, and of course it hurt like hell when I saw her suffering, who wouldn’t?
Beverly is being chewed out by Val the minute we get home, and she just smiles at him. She loves that tool that looks at her like she is crazy for leaving him and I guess he loves her back since he stops midway barking and just stare at her stunned like he can’t breathe anymore. Actually staggering back like she knocked him over
